Just purchased a Rav4 limited from them and couldn’t be happier. Two other dealerships promised me what I was looking for but Autonation was the only one that actually had the car. Jonathan was easy to work with and management was so helpful since I needed a replacement car right away after being rear ended earlier that week. I Was Shopping for Toyota Highlander XLE 2021 looking around online on trurecar sent my info got some quotes from all the Toyota Dealership near by but one stands out of all the quotes Nazir Fazellyar sent me great quote on Highlander asap i then set an appointment, for test drive came to AutoNation Leesburg for test drive. Nazir Fazelyar Met Me and my Family Very professionally and treat us well and SUV was ready for us to take it for test drive . after i was done testing. I asked some questions that were properly answered and the day of the purchase. Nazir Fazelyar was our SALES ASSOCIATE at AutoNation Toyota Leesburg very knowledgeable down to earth and very friendly and exceeded my expectations. Best car buying experience I've ever had with him .I can say that he went above and beyond to get our family exactly what we wanted He secure the model I was interested in, then followed up with a great price and great out the door service. it was very professional and easy to deal with during the process He knew so much about the vehicle I was purchasing and helped me purchase my car at an outstanding price. This is my second visit at Toyota AutoNation here in Leesburg, VA. The staff here is very respectful and courteous to all guests who arrive to this specific location, no matter what service or assistance they need. One man in particular, David Cheng, was helpful in reviewing and explaining the details about my vehicle. I would definitely recommend anyone to come here for any of their vehicle needs!

Everybody was friendly. I called and Marjorie took my cool and in within 1 minute she did able to put me in the system. She was very sweet and helpful. Brian was my service advisor and he was very knowledgeable and professional. He even had a couple recommendation that i need to take care in my next visit. Lindsay make the check out easy and quick. March 24, 2021 AutoNation is a business that works as “ONE NATION”. Afroze Khan is a friendly non-aggressive Sales Manager that greets everyone with “How can I help you?” He listened to my needs and introduced me to Sales Associate, Michael Conway, who had a very caring heart and paid attention to my physical needs as well as my choice of a car. He didn’t try to over-sell for the sake of getting money, but tried to diligently listen to my list of needs. I needed automatic seat adjustment, a headrest that didn’t push my head forward in an unnatural fashion, color, cost was important, etc. I came into AutoNation several times because the car I liked one day was sold the next day and I would have to start looking all over again. I was happy that business had picked up for them so didn’t mind looking again, however one morning, I came in and Michael found a car that I liked, however it had to be ordered from another lot and I had made an appointment with CarMax. It is always important to try to keep appointments that one makes-- so it was explained that a second opinion was always important. CarMax was friendly but they were short inventory and this was the day for me to make a decision to buy a car. Julie Kind, assistant to the court Guardian, had joined me in helping to assist in buying a car. We returned to AutoNation. Michael Conway was on a company errand, but remember AutoNation works as “ONE NATION” and Gene Winfree, Acquisition Specialist, pitched in to cover the needed duties for his friend Michael Conway. Afroze Khan worked with the pricing discounts, which can apply to new cars only, and most of the paperwork that needed to be completed for the Court appointed Conservator to write a check for a fair price required to purchase the car. It is not an easy job because all parties had to be in agreement because of the Loudoun County Court appointee regulations. You see my children have tried to make me appear incapacitated about the fact that I cannot make decisions on my own. SURPRISE! I know a wonderful ethical company when I see one and I am aware that AutoNation employees are there to help you from the time you step inside their door (even if you come many times) to try to find the desired car of your choice. They “AUTO-MATICALLY work as ONE NATION and every single person is glad to help you again and again! I highly recommend that you ask for Afroze Khan, Michael Conway or Gene Winfree however, if they are busy, there are others that seem to be just as helpful. AutoNation is a company that sells cars however they want the customers to be happy with their purchase. A satisfied customer is valuable because that customer remembers a company that stands for truth and guarantees their product and they will return and know when they walk in and hear Afroze Khan greet them with “Welcome back! very disappointed in the professionalism I received today. I inquired on a vehicle I was interested in, and was told the vehicle was indeed available. I scheduled a test drive and as I'm getting ready to leave (an hour drive) I get a call "so we have you set up to test drive this car at 4, see you then...oh wait, it was just sold but I have x y and z vehicles..." bait and switch. it's a scam. I was very dissatisfied and didn't expect this from such a "reputable" location. I would steer clear, its been hours and the car is still online as available.

I had my car detailed at Autonation Toyota in Leesburg, they did an excellent job. I have an older car that was never detailed for more than 14 years. I kept it clean but never have the inside done. The staff there did an wonderful job. The car was like new on the inside and the price was very reasonable. Great job and thank you.

I had a while you wait appointment at 11 am yesterday. When I first pulled in I was thinking to myself..oh great I will NEVER get out of here as I couldn't even make the turn completely to get into the service bay area because they were that busy. Soon a man directed me to the other bay where I waa able to just zip in. Peter is my service advisor and he quickly took me in got my car all checked in and said it would be a couple hours (this was exactly what I was told when the appointment was made). He never onceade me feel rushed while asking about my car and took a few moments to explain a few things to me. The waiting area was quite full so I left and just barely over an hour after I left Peter called to say my car was done. Everything in the service area waas quick speedy and polite. Not to mention my car sparkled when I picked it up as they always run cars through the wash. Very good service and experience.

I need my 15000 mile checkup and needed some recall work done which would take 5 hrs. They gave me a free loaner car do I could go home and come back the next day. My service advisor was great and I was called snd notified when the work was all done. Definitely a pleasant experience!

Purchased my 2004 Toyota Tundra there back in 2007 and have been going here every since for service when needed. This time, I had some emissions indicators tripping the check engine light so it would not pass VA emissions inspection. They quickly figured out the issue, ordered the part, and even unknowingly to me, ran the truck about 50 miles to reset the emissions monitors so it would pass inspection. Initially they told me that I would need to do that and bring it back for emissions test. I was pleasantly surprised. They saved me some time and a trip back there. Bryan was my service rep and he kept me informed all along the way. I appreciate their effort to go beyond what was needed to get my vehicle repaired and back in my hands.

Staff is very friendly and helpful and seem to go the extra mile. I would recommend this dealership to anyone! Ps. They also cleaned my vehicle inside and out, it looked like new again! Ps. They also towed it for free being I purchased from them within the last 2 years! Ohh, and they also did a multipoint inspection and took care of small issues free of charge!

The technician found a dead mouse in the car and it’s nest in the ventilation system. Of course this was not included in my 180,000 mile service but obviously taking the system apart to clean it out was something that had to be done.

It was time for a new car and I was dreading the problems associated with it, namely dealing with pushy sales people. I was very surprised at how easy it was to buy a car from Autonation Leesburg and how competitive the price was. I emailed for a quote at 10pm at night and within 20 minutes I got a response from Richard Schulze. I can not say enough about how professional Richard was during the initial emails and how efficient he was in setting up an appointment to test drive a car based on my busy schedule. I ended up buying the car based on my experience with Richard. Hopefully I will not have to buy another car for several years, but if I do I hope that Richard is still there to help me again.

I bought a car here today and I was very impressed with the whole experience. I looked through hundreds of reviews for different dealerships in the area because I was worried about gender biases at dealerships. I decided on this one, which turned out to be a great plan because I got paired up with Ash! Right off the bat, Ash didn’t assume which of us was purchasing the car, which seems like a small thing, but it’s very important. Ash made sure my partner and I were informed about the car we wanted to test drive, and talked to us about his personal experience with his Toyotas in the past. It really helped us decide to go with the Toyota we saw at AutoNation instead of the other two cars we were eyeing online. There are tons of special offers and loan options that Ash walked us through. We were able to chose the best one for us. We also got a price we expected on the first try, so we didn’t have to negotiate. If you come by this dealership, ask for Ash, and he’ll hook you up with a great car.

I was immediately comforted by him. You can feel the love of the Lord on this man and it shines through him. I also met the GM right away, who is a busy man, but he made me feel like I was his only customer. They gave me an AMAZING offer for my trade and the price they were selling the Tacoma for was the best I could find nationwide. Thank You Patrice for being an HONEST, and GODLY man. I bought a 2018 Toyota Corolla which had some issues after driven for 3000 miles. (I even took my car to the dealership within the warranty period and they said that there is nothing wrong) The cost for repair was around $2400. I left the the vehicle at their workshop for repair. Meanwhile they appraised my vehicle and offered me an amount to buy. When I went to the dealership they refused to give that amount and made me an offer of $700 less. Worst customer service and extremely rude behavior. Do not believe until you have anything in written from the dealership. I even escalate my issue to TOYOTA USA, still no response from them.

The day of sale person go back and forth to ask a manager about the car price was over at Autonation at Leesburg. I bought my 2021 Venza at Leesburg Toyota without any hassle with a reasonable price. Both sale person & manager were very helpful, and answered my questions without any hesitation. They offered me one price and I counter offered it one time , and then both side met a half way. Their financial office was excellent they will to reach out diff. Banks to find the best rate for me and they Toyota matched the rate, so I got everything in one shot, no hassle no whole day to buy a new car. I ‘d recommend Leesburg Toyota with any customers who want to buy a new car. By the way Mr. Bryant Tate was one of the best sale person that I deal with.

I just purchased a 2020 Highlander Limited from salesman Nate at Toyota Auto Nation. From my first email contact with him to picking up our new car, the entire experience was hassle free, flawless and enjoyable. He found the exact color and trim level we wanted. There were no surprises or last minute attempts to add additional fees or costs. The price was at least $3500 below Factory/Federal MSRP window sticker. In my life time I have purchased at least 10 new cars. This was the most enjoyable experience of all, and we absolutely love our third new Highlander! It was well worth the 60 mile drive from Fredericksburg, VA. Please don’t change the way you do business!

I love this place! They did a factory safety recall repair on my car and, as always, everyone I encountered who works there was very professional and polite. The repair was done even faster than the estimated wait time and they gave my car a complimentary car wash, which was so nice of them. Since the first contact from the salesperson, Kevin, everything just worked fine. We set an appointment, no rush no pressure, I asked some questions that were properly answered and the day of the purchase they find the car, trim, and color I wanted and all the process just went right. We did all the finance part and additional service with Jake, and he was very nice and let us know what every paper we signed was for. Facilities looked clean, people was very kind and cordial. I was there for my initial service visit for my 2020 Camry and received horrendous service from one of their service advisors. Unfortunately I had to go back and get something else looked at. The same service advisor looked at me and basically said why was I back at the dealership for? To make the long story short, I contacted the service manager. Admir was a true professional and treated me like a valued customer. He took ownership of the issues and gave me resolutions to those issues. He walked me through what services were performed on my vehicle. Admir is the best!

I want to commend Shaun and Harold for their help and goodwill. Yesterday evening, our front tire flatted on Rte. 7 near Battlefield, and we were able to limp into the dealership hoping it could be serviced. Shaun welcomed us, and although they did not stock our size tires, arranged for Harold to drive us to the nearest tire shop in Leesburg to purchase one. We brought it back to the dealership, and they installed it for us while we waited in the warm lobby. Although we came in unannounced during a busy time, both gentlemen made it a very pleasant experience for us and got us out of a pinch quickly. We really appreciate the kindness and effort.

I just had the best experience at a dealership repair shop I have ever had. I have several cars and have been taking them to this dealership for repairs for some time, but this last one takes the cake. I am a real, repeat customer and not a paid reviewer. I was assigned to Shawn (Sean? Bearded guy with the very cool engine calling card holder) in the service desk to go over a thumping rattle coming from the back of my car. It is more of a big deal to me than perhaps someone else since I have special needs family members who are very affected by unknown buzzes, squeals, etc. Shawn/Sean (sorry, I'm trying!) was super kind, understanding and took me seriously. He spent the time trying to fully understand the issue and didn't just grab my keys and go. He made me feel like a valued customer and made my basic issue important enough that I felt like I was his only customer for the day. I initially took my car to Best Buy to get some padding installed to mute the sounds but decided to go with industry trained professionals. I am glad I did. I have worked in customer service/social media circles for over 30 years, this experience addressed a minor issue to some, but a showstopper to me that was promptly and quickly fixed. This transaction will be memorable enough that I will refer to this when I train my junior customer service agents. Amazon, Chik Fil A and AutoNation = great customer service. I should add that I have worked with other service managers there and the experience was the same every time. On a different service call I had an issue so unique there was no official fix for it, so the team at AutoNation called in specialists to work with Toyota hand in hand to create a new process. It was VERY involved and took some time to figure out, but they got it done. I highly doubt another repair shop would have gone this extra mile. Great job, guys!

Bought a 2018 Honda Pilot and it was easy and straightforward. No pressure, no nonsense. We checked out a couple of the Pilots they had, took one for a test drive and then bought it and drive home with it the same day. And they came in with an interest rate lower than that offered by the big auto financeers that advertise on the radio. They are a no-haggle, no-commission operation selling cars that pass their inspection. They also offer maintenance plans that get rolled into the financing, which we took advantage of, so I don't ever have to worry about maintenance on this vehicle. Would recommend.

I’ve been relying on them for service for 14 years now, and am never disappointed. I bought my last two cars there. It’s easy to make an appointment, and the waiting area is comfortable if you don’t drop off your car. The turnaround time is good too - I think only once in all that time did I feel like they’d forgotten me (and that was a very unusual repair circumstance!) In that case they found a loaner car for me, so it all worked out, plus the loaner was a hybrid model, and I’d been thinking about moving to a hybrid car. Their sales team listens, and doesn’t get pushy if you tell them you’re not ready to buy. Very happy with both their service and sales teams.

On a whim, my husband and I decided to drive out to Leesburg to see a car at Autonation Toyota Leesburg. We met with salesman Michael Conway, who was an absolute delight to work with. He was kind, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. Sales Manager Bill King was also wonderful (and just plain nice, in an industry that seems to have a dearth of nice folks) to work with through our negotiations, and Sue Kim in financing couldn't have been more supportive and helped me decide to pay for the things I would need, while not making me feel like I HAD to buy something I didn't. Each person we worked with explained the entire process, negotiated with us to come to an agreement on price and extras without feeling like we were being hard-balled or deceived, as with some other dealerships, and we walked out with a new car. All were marking me up and unwilling to negotiate, explain their pricing methodology or find common ground but then I came across AutoNation in Leesburg. Bryant Tate was my sales associate and exceeded my expectations. He knew so much about the vehicle I was purchasing and helped me purchase my car at an outstanding price no competitor could compete with. This location also offered me discounts that locations in MD didn't have. My experience with the financial rep Jake Nelson was also outstanding. I had an issue with my tags but Jake was willing to take care of it within one phone call. I've dealt with many financial reps in previous dealerships and he was easily the best. He presented me many options to help protect my vehicle or compliment the purchase which helped me make an informed decision. Overall, if you are from the DMV area I would make this your first stop for car purchases. The hour drive from Maryland was well worth it, thank you!

Even though it took 1 1/2hrs to do a 6 month check up and oil change on the car, it was effortless! And they washed my car! I made the appointment online and it was easy in and out. My car gave out a few days ago. It's a 2006 Prius with over 200,000 miles on it. The battery simply stopped working -- I barely got it into Toyota. The prognosis: bad, a repair costing more than the blue book. A new battery and a couple other things. But I love the car (otherwise in good condition per Service's meticulous exam. Surprise! The fellow who removed the battery found two bad cables attaching to it from below, replaced them, and my battery was fine. And the repair cost about 25% of the estimate! Whew!

Mid afternoon they call me, say they noticed both lights above my licence plate were out .. would cost me $40 to replace. I told them HELL NO! watched a 90-second DIY video on YouTube, went to the local Auto Supply store and bought 2 bulbs for $7! Don't let them gauge you on stupid-easy fixes.

I took my 2020 RAV4 Hybrid in for service for a rattle in what I thought was the driver's door and it was not serviced properly when I got my oil change. After writing a review on Cars.com, I got a call from Mike, the manager and he was concerned I did not get good service and I took the car back in. I got red carpet service this time; turns out it was faulty crossbars on the roof and Toyota replaced them at no charge. Mike followed up with a phone call to insure the problem was fixed. I would recommend AutoNation to anyone. I have bought two Toyotas from them and had them both serviced here. I knew I could count on them to always come through on their promise of good customer service.

After going out to lunch for the first time in months I returned to my car to find a broken side view mirror. I didn’t touch it but went straight to AutoNation Toyota Leesburg to ask if they could tell me what a new side view assembly was going to cost me. I walked into the service department and Morven went to my car to look at it, was able to snap it it back into place, checked that the motor was still working and sent me to the parts department to order just the glass. He saved me hundreds of dollars and even offered to snap it in when I got the part. When I got the glass the next day, true to his word, he came right out and popped the glass in. Total cost $47. I am grateful to him for his honesty and his extra helpful attitude.

As part of my safety inspection and oil change, they identified a broken light and rather than me having to pay the $700+ repair through them, they're letting me fix myself and return within 15 days to prove its fixed. Yes, most all shops allow for this but they actually recommended a fix which is going above and beyond. That's another reason I keep going Leesburg Auto Nation for all my Toyota needs.

I was just looking to test drive a vehicle since I was in the area and noticed this location had just shy of 5 stars with over 1500 reviews. I had NEVER seen a car dealership with that much positive feedback, so I was skeptical. I test drove the RAV4 Hybrid and that's where I met my Salesman, Zahedur Rahman. Mr. Rahman was great with me that first visit. It was due to this unexpected, lovely experience with both Mr. Rahman and the Sales Manager, Afroze Khan, that I decided to forgo the 5+ closest Toyota dealerships and give AutoNation Toyota Leesburg my business. I bought my RAV4 just yesterday and believe me when I tell you I got an amazing deal. Not to mention their incredible customer service (which I tested thoroughly). Early one morning, I discovered a nail had punctured my 5-month-old tire and I had a slow leak (down to about 10-15 PSI remaining). Full disclosure, I was not the customer, my son was. He brought his car in to have the tires rotated. Simple enough. During the time the car was at the dealer, my sons roof rack was removed and replaced. I am assuming the removal was done to wash the car per a courtesy extended to customers, however, my son asked to NOT have the car washed. In the process of the R&R, paint damage occurred. The issue was brought to the attention of the Service Manager (Larry), but no resolution came from the attempts to resolve the error. Larry indicated video footage was available and would be reviewed "on Monday" (the service took place on a Friday, iirc). The claim was made that the video was not recording during my sons visit, so there is no proof the dealer damaged my sons car. Larry's handling of this situation was less than professional. I would not recommend this store simply by the attitude expressed by Larry. At a minimum, with the evidence for both my sons and the dealers position being minimal, I would have expected the minor service of tire rotation to offered as an olive branch of sorts, but instead we get a service manager contentiously stating "you are not my customer, our conversation is over ... " (and yes I have that recorded). Absolutely the worst display of customer service I have experienced. Was I perfect on the phone? ... likely not ... however, his job is to resolve -- not escalate.

I was torn, for over a month, on purchasing the 2019 RAV4 Adventure Lunar Moon and turning in my 2015 Corolla SE that only has 26,000 miles on it. That specific RAV4 was sold but another was found locally. There were a little bit of differences on it and I did hold out for the weather tech that the original RAV4 had in the rear. I am not happy with the $799 processing fee (which I call an admin fee), but that was that. The sign says they do not waive it...and I can read. The entire process began with Bryan (who is the perfect service rep) suggested maybe I consider a new vehicle. What temptation. (Bryan, I left you a note and if you were smart, you did purchase my 2015 Corolla that was always cleaned with q-tips, had only 26000 miles, was always parked in the "north 40" wherever I went, and always kept in a garage.) Bryant, the sales individual, was VERY patient with me; he spent 2 separate days during the decision to tearfully purchase the RAV4 or keep my Corolla. While it is still not "my favorite car", I am working on that thought. The decision to purchase that RAV4 was because the safety features it has. My Corolla did not have those features. I will be doing a lot of traveling and the safety features are a must. Thank you Bryan and Bryant ... (but I still miss my Corolla).

To be fair my experience was mixed. I felt Nazir was a good salesman, not pushy. Jake in finance had great follow up and Scott in service was very helpful with some questions that I had. Bill however nearly killed the deal and made me want to walk out. Everything was going smoothly and had he stayed out of it, I would give them a 5star review. Bill is everything that people HATE about the car buying experience. High pressure, self serving and less than truthful conversations. If you don’t have to deal with Bill, you will be better off.

I purchased a Corolla iM from here last year in January and my experience was pleasant. Much better than what I've read about other dealerships from various posts. This time around, it was a hassle that everyone wants to avoid. I contacted the dealership about a 2019 RAV4 and was put in contact with Nathan Burgette. I attempted to ask questions or express concerns for more details and tried calling him to see what the price would be for the Thanksgiving weekend. He did not answer the concerns and stopped replying completely. When I checked the website, at a later time, the vehicle was no longer available. He did not mention that to me. When I contacted the dealer for a new quote on a different car, I got Nathan Burgette again. I asked if I could speak to someone else, because I didn't appreciate his lack of help. He sent one word... "unsubscribe". It was completely unprofessional and uncalled for, since he didn't provide any help the first time around. It offsets my pleasant interaction last time and makes me think I got lucky last time.

My service writer was Peter Covert. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. Clearly explained what was to be done and gave me an estimate that was to my surprise higher than actual bill. I took my car in for several things including repair to my cabin fan. Turns out they did not need to repair my cabin fan, a plastic bag was found in the fan housing (which was making noise), so Peter reduced the charge since no repair was required. I was pleasantly surprised with his eagerness to explain what was done and even showed me pictures to clarify what was found.

They were very willing to negotiate and provide a good price on the new car with the Labor Sale going on, and, surprisingly, they also gave me a good value on my trade-in. I did not expect both. I stopped in a month ago talking to a salesman about the safety features with the RAV4. No pressure and just informative. Last week he called back asking if I was considering buying. I said yes and he was going out of town and told me to use his associate. Friday I took a RAV4 LE test drive with the associate and we just talked about the safety features especially blind spot monitoring. The blind spot monitoring was an additional feature with the LE. When he was getting ready to write me up a price, the associate found my #1 color on a RAV4 LE at CASCOs display. So we used that car. We agreed on the price and since I was not trading a car in, I would be back the next day. When driving home the blind spot monitoring was not working. When I got home I checked the settings and realized that I purchased a car without the #1 safety feature I wanted!!! I called the salesman and he said to come back in. He could swap the car I just purchased for a car in a different color for a front wheel drive RAV4 LE vehicle that I preferred, or pay for my #1 color with all wheel drive. I decided to do that. The ten year sales veteran handled the change smoothly. And he threw in the upgraded floor mats too!

I've always been pleased with the Service Dept. as well. They really look out for safety, and they give me confidence that they a real pros at what they do. The only thing that could improve is the people that answer the phones are sometimes short, as I'm sure it's very busy in there, but they need to be a little nicer to the callers (we are your customers). We drove over 3 hours each way to get the trim package and color I wanted without having to pay extra for a package I did not want to pay for. I made an appointment to complete the transaction but wanted to make sure we agreed on what the out-the-door cost would be. It took over a day of persistence to get the information from my salesperson and his manager and some of it was incorrect such as what line items are subject to tax. The salesperson only seemed interested in me keeping my appointment and not providing the information I needed to feel confident that I wasn't going to be surprised with any extra fees once I got there. We did not leave home until we had agreed on the out-the-door cost which was later than we needed to leave to arrive on time. Our salesperson contacted us several times on the way to ask our ETA and if we could somehow get there sooner. When we met with the finance manager, it was clear that there was a lack of communication between her and the salesperson. She wasn't informed that we were financing or that it was an out-of-state registration. Then as we were going through the paperwork, her out-the-door cost was higher than what I was expecting. When I showed her the breakdown that I had calculated and to which the salesperson agreed, she stated that what the salesperson provides is only an estimate. After explaining the painstaking effort I made with the salesperson, she adjusted the pricing to get it as close to the number I had agreed to. Bottom line is that the deal I got was still so much better than my local dealers that it was worth making the long trek. And I would buy from AutoNation again (except I'd work directly with the finance manager before driving over 3 hours)

Had a frustrating experience to purchase a used vehicle. Usually people complain because used car sales are relentless and call constantly. I have to say I had the exact opposite situation. I was interested in a car and did not receive one phone call, I had to keep calling for status. The process took about 3 weeks from when the car was posted on the website to when we purchased it. There were a number of delays in the mechanic and body shop but no one called to give an update. Even the day the car was available we found it back on the website - no phone call. Then the car purchase was painful, it took over 3 hours even though we were paying cash. To add insult to injury we called after the purchase to inquire about something and did not get a call back.

My first mistake was buying a used BMW from a Toyota dealer. My second was bringing the BMW to the Toyota dealer 90 days after I purchased it, as they requested. So, I brought it in on April 2nd. When I left, they recommended I do not bring it to them, I bring it to a shop that specializes in BMW’s. Seemed like sound advice. The end of June, I brought it to a shop that specialized in European Cars. That’s when my trouble began. I should have been warned when the second shop couldn’t get the oil drain plug off. They said the last person who changed the oil (Leesburg Toyota) seems to have used the power drill to tighten the bolt. It took them a while, but they did eventually get it off. The problem occurred when they went to rotate the tires. The last people to touch any of the tires (Leesburg Toyota) used the same power drill at full torque on the tires as well. So, $1200 later the shop was finally able to drill the log nuts off the tires. Oh, by the way, the tire and rim protection I purchased covers road hazard. Not Toyota service department hazard. Over the past 8 years or so, I have purchased 4-5 cars from them, including a then brand new 2017 Highlander. None of my cars they will ever see again, and when it is time to purchase there are other Toyota dealers in the area. No more.

Had the best dealership service experience ever! The service rep, Bryan, was polite, cheerful (even at 6:30am) helpful, and answered all my questions. He made sure my vehicle was given top notch service. The manager, Larry, was friendly and interested in my service experience. The courtesy shuttle was efficient, safe, polite, and friendly. I spoke with Linda to book my appointment and she was knowledgable and professional. I have not gone to a dealer for service in a LONG time but recently started working near AutoNation and decided to give them a try. They went above and beyond my expectations. My only regret is that I didn’t buy my vehicle from them! You can tell a lot about a place by their service. Well Done Bryan and team AutoNation!!

We began the search for a Hybrid Rav4 Limited in early February. Quickly found out the Ravs with the two packages we wanted were few and far between. Limited tech and limited weather. After contacting around 7 dealers I got in contact with Autonation Leesburg. The other dealers either had none that we wanted, or refused to negotiate the price and offered a very low trade in value. A salesman, Patrice Zunon-Kipre, suggested that I come in and put a deposit on one that was arriving soon, to secure the car. After emails, etc, we went to one dealer, no sale, lousy experience, we drove to Leesburg, sending Patrice Zunon-Kipre a email that we were on our way. Patrice Zunon-Kipre was wonderful, he made a appointment to meet us as we drove down, we walked in, he showed us the documents on a arriving soon Rav4, limited with the two limited packages we desired. 1 1/2 hours later the deal was done, we had a Rav4 on deposit. Got a great trade in for our car, a discount off MSRP. We left the dealer feeling good about the purchase, no haggling, good price, pleasant salesman and sales manager. Our car arrived it was as wonderful as it appeared on paper. We drove away with the car about one hour after we arrived to pick it up. I HIGHLY recommend this dealership to anybody buying a car.

I brought my car in for a recall notice. They said it would take 1 to 2 hours. Well, after 3 hours, they emailed me asking to buy my car from me, unsolicited of course. After 4 hours, I called about my car and was put on hold for ten minutes before they finally said, "Oh, it's done." Then, on my way to pick up the car, I received an email saying my car was done. They really wasted my time, didn't seem to care that they did, and were trying to buy my car.

I appreciated seeing the inventory ahead of time on line and locking in a good price on the vehicle that most interested me. There was enough variety to find the style and color I was hoping for. An AutoNation sales person then thoughtfully manages the process, setting up an appointment, prepping the car for a test drive, and explaining features and services. Everyone there was friendly and alert to customers? needs. The showroom is attractive, comfortable, well maintained. Our salesman Sneldy Josselyn was a perfect fit for us. He was on time and completely available. He has a pleasant friendly manner and the ability to understand my needs and requirements. He cheerfully took time answering all my questions which bounced from one topic to another. I brought friends along and Mr Josselyn helpfully included them, addressing their questions and generally having a very pleasant and informative conversation. He made me feel at ease during the test drive which is important. Ms. Stansbury was the financial representative and she was also thorough and friendly, also well informed and responsive to my questions and preferences. Overall, my experience with Leesburg Toyota was positive. I initially met with Patrice Zunon-Kipre and two days later closed the deal with Kevin Foley. Both salesmen were professional and well informed. The only less than positive aspect of this purchase experience was my exchange with the finance manager. To be clear it was not her personally but rather the approach to which I take exception. In fact I almost walked out. I purchased a Toyota (my second) largely owing to the reliability of the brand. And yet, in an aggressive effort to push buyers into purchasing service protection plans the finance manager effectively undermines the credibility of the salesmen and the reliability of the vehicle. She made a point to warn me of the possibility of expensive repairs "especially with a hybrid." In any event it was the salesman, Mr. Foley who was able to reassure me to complete the purchase. For what its worth I strongly encouraged you reconsider this high pressure approach.

It is ok. Just use this place for Service of my Prius. Nothing extra ordinary about it. Last time I came for service they recommended brake pads replacement, even though I never needed that. Do not even wash the car as a courtesy. I only come here because it is near to my residence. Otherwise I would never come here. Salesperson do not even know what they are selling. No product knowledge at all. Just push sales without knowing what customer wants. Limited inventory. Wanted a Prius C,was given test drive of a Corolla Hatchback. Pathetic.

It started out pretty rocky, but in the end we all had a virtual group hug. The rocky part is below, but the rosy part and the end is here. Unfortunately, due to the challenges I faced in repairing my vehicle for the torque converter extended warranty, the General Manager, Mike had to get involved. Once, he was involved the entire process was delightful. He handled my situation personally, which I can only imagine how busy he is. The level of customer service I experienced was without a doubt top notch. I didn’t think it was possible, but you have won me over. My car is now perfect thanks to your willingness to work with me! I brought my 2013 RAV4 in for service( the torque converter extended recall.) Scheduling the service appeared to be easy, with online booking. However, less than 12 hours before the initial appointment was scheduled I received a phone call stating that they couldn’t complete this repair on a Saturday. I rescheduled for last Tuesday. I had an appointment, listed the confirmation on the envelope. The appointment was scheduled for 815 am, but I decided to drop it off the night before. At 11 am, I was phoned by the advisor, Murray. He informed me that they had to drive the car to verify the car had the issue. At 1 pm, I got a call from the dealership offering to purchase my car, I said, no, I live that car and found it weird that they would call to buy the car before they even fixed it. At 4 pm, after I had phoned Murray two times, he called me back. They had to “order” the parts, and it was going to take 3-4 days to complete. He asked me if I could bring the car the following week, I said no because I had an appointment. I asked if a rental was available, and it was not. I made the decision to leave the service manager Frank a message. He told me he was going to make it right, and I naively believed him. Fast forward to Friday, and I got a call about an oil change and air filters, and was told that would run me $290. After I declined that, the car which has less than 60k miles on it was allegedly leaking water from the water pump and they could fix it for the bargain price if $1075. I declined and called a local non Toyota dealership and they quoted me $575. I was sent photos of my car, with the transmission off of it. They said it would be ready by the end of the day. I had to text Murray to find out what the deal was. At 6 pm I was told my car was ready for pick up. I picked it up at 8 am Saturday am. 15 minutes later, I returned the car to the dealer. Why? Now it was knocking and humming. I said, the car is most definitely not fixed. Today is Monday, and their new story is that the wheel bearing and sway bars need replacement. I put a call into to GM (Mike) and he immediately called me back and assured me he would get to the bottom of it, but it probably wouldn’t be until later in the afternoon. At 4 pm he called me to explain to me what the situation was. He allegedly talked to his master mechanic and this master assured Mike that he didn’t touch this part of my car. The repair is a major transmission repair and involves removing the engine and touching the wheel bearing, and sway bars. So now I have a car which worked perfectly fine that is broken thanks to the great master mechanics at Auto Nation.

I waited at Toyota AutoNation Leesburg while my advisor and the team performed the 10K mile Maintenance. The seating, free coffee and water in a pristine clean environment are all very nice. Free WiFi is provided and televisions are available if one’s interested. I didn’t have very long to enjoy all of this as AutoNation completed the servicing on my Toyota Highlander in just a little over an hour. Very pleased!

Purchased a car November 10 and drove it after dark for the first time on the 13. I discovered my overhead lights were not working and called Bryan (who sold me the car) the next day. I have Wednesday’s off so he said to bring it in and they would take care of it since it should have been found during inspection. When I arrived at the Service Department, it turns out the appointment was never made and I was forced to reschedule. I had plans to visit family for Thanksgiving so I made the appointment for the Wednesday following my return. The interior light needs to be completely replaced and, because of the time that has passed, I am responsible for the charges. They offered a discount but if my original appointment had been entered in the computer, it would have been a different story. I love the car and have zero issues on how I was treated during the sale, but I’m a firm believer in keeping your word. I hope the couple hundred bucks they saved was worth it.

No one greeted me when I pulled into the Service Bay. The Service Advisor was not at all knowledgeable when I asked about recommendations for new tires. Also explained a problem with the door locks and advisor did not seem interested and did not look at the car to see the problem. Asked to speak to the manager and was told he was busy and not available. I left the dealership and went to Goodyear for brakes and tires. Wow, I have been getting our cars serviced here for over 25 years and I have never been treated like this. Big disappointment, avoid this dealership for service.

I took my 2017 highlander in due to water INSIDE the vehicle. after almost 3 hours of waiting I was told they couldn't find a problem and it must be my fault. now how this can be my fault is beyond me. The water was mostly in the back of the car and I really think it is the panoramic sunroof. I was told on the phone that if initial inspection couldn't find anything then a water leak specialist would be scheduled to look further into my car. when my advisor told me nothing was found I asked when to bring it back for the water leak specialist to look at it. I was then told that they will only do that if the car leaks again! I have leather seats that are damp and visible water in the back (stupid me dried it before I brought the car in cause I was concerned of mold) my service advisor at my request touched my back when I came in so he would know it was damp. Basically I was told maybe I left the roof open (doubtful since the car tells you if it is open and the automatic cover was closed) so I wasted almost 3 hours for no resolution. I honestly think that either the drain tubes were clogged had they resolved it or they didn't look far enough because I had also mentioned I wanted the car detailed inside to get all moisture removed from inside to not mold (I was told to leave windows open as much as possible to resolve the mositure... i NEVER leave my car windows down or unlocked...is Autonation going to replace the car if something happened? doubtful since they dont care about water in my car) Now I want to be clear my service advisor was VERY nice and even noticed my car was due for service next month and went ahead and did that so I dont have to come back... I just believe that for the water problem it should be explored further but unless it happens again I guess they do nothing..

Someone should have told them that In September we Go Gold for our children! We go gold for all the kids who have ever been diagnosed with cancer. Kids Get Cancer Too !!! Go Gold before you go Pink!!! Things like this somedays pushes me over the edge & makes me want to scream but according to Chris I can’t be a ticking bomb in public 😂 I know that the poor sales guy who is trying to make a living doesn’t have a clue what childhood cancer means or has done to our family and thousand of other families. I just think we as a society need to stop being so ignorant and admit that Kids Get Cancer Too ! I would not have purchased this vehicle had it not been for Kevin Foley so thank you. Kevin was patient and supportive and clearly is grounded in customer best interest which is rare in the used car market. Overall the experience was great.. Baika was patient and gentle and and all of the staff pleasant to work with. The only thing I would recommend is to provide all warranty options up front with the car and not at the payment table. I came in to have my airbag replaced and new wiper blades put on. Justin met me on time, was friendly, competent, professional and met all of my expectations. He arranged for a courtesy ride back to my office while my car was being worked on. The service only took about 2 hours. I got an email and a phone call that the car was done. And they washed my car free of charge! There was no pressure to have anything else done on my 2009 Corolla or to purchase a car.

I was greeted promptly when I pulled my car in for its 10,000 mile service. Customer service was very courteous and friendly . My car was in and out in less than an hour. Customer service went over everything the service department did and explained it so I could understand. The restrooms were very clean, the waiting area was very clean. I also made an appointment while there to bring my car in for inspection, again customer service was very friendly.

Went in for a quick view of an issue. Was informed it might estimate $70 of work. 2 hours later, was told that replacement of an item would cost over 2k. Then, was billed $140 of a ‘diagnostic cost’ that I was not informed of up front and caught me off guard. Completely unacceptable but what could I do at that point?

Honestly the worst experience I have ever had at a dealership. They made a hard inquiry on my credit (which made my credit score go down 38 points!) to finance a specific van and got me approved then sold the van while I was waiting on details of the loan. They sold it last night, I was told at 4:37 they would call me back in 10 minutes and after 5:45 I sent an email follow up. That email got 3 emails asking me to come in 7:31, 7:32 & 9:26 the following day. They then called in the am and I asked again for the loan details as I did in the email and was told again they would call right back and then they called back 32 minutes later saying they had sold the van last night and they wanted to offer me a completely different van. We purchased an extended warranty for our Prius and have our service handled at Auto Nation. I always feel like the service department is just trying to make extra $$ every time I take the car in. This time it was a state inspection (even though it’s not due until next month). Foolishly believing that the inspection was covered under the warranty, and not completely understanding the service tech that left a message, I agreed to have the inspection handled. Needless to say, I was surprised by the additional charge and when I questioned the young lady at the cashiers desk, she suddenly got very quiet and extremely busy. She didn’t offer any type of resolution, to speak to a manger or anything else. This is my second Prius, but I will not be buying from Auto Nation again.

From the chats that I had on the internet researching the vehicle, then the sales man Nate Burgette answered all of my questions, and some that I didn't even think of. Steve in finance was very accommodating with working up the payment options for me. Tarr was able to work up all the title information and transfer all of my information rather quickly and explain additional options. I worked with Tabb, whom I highly recommend, to purchase a used vehicle. The sales were "No Haggle" so it made so much more of a pleasant experience. I did not feel pressured at all. Tabb helped me feel comfortable throughout the process. My trade-in vehicle appraised for $300 more than a previous dealership I had visited had quoted me. I originally went to look at a used Honda Pilot-but after that did not fill my needs, I asked Tabb if they had any other 3rd row vehicles and he showed me two additional vehicles and I bought one of them. I was there for several hours (waiting my turn for the finance gentleman who was also very nice and negotiated a reduced interest rate with the bank that approved my loan.) Since I was there well into lunch time after arriving first thing in the morning-I asked how much longer until the process was finished as I was getting hungry and my car could no longer be used after it was appraised for trade-in. Tabb took me to the back lounge and gave me pizza that had been ordered for the salespersons. It was honestly the best car buying experience I have ever had at a dealership. The cars are nice and priced very well. I definitely recommend!

I bought a 2013 Rav4 XLE from Nate on a snowy day two weeks ago. I have zero complaints and found working with Nate the sales guy to be a personable and easy experience - no pressure and pretty relaxed. I came in with a substantial down payment that needed a little creative thinking - I had just done a refi on my home and had a cash out amount coming that wasn't yet posted to my checking account, so they worked with me to get past that delay and get me the car I had come to check out....in fact, I was able to use a credit card to put down my down payment - which most other dealers don't like to do because of the considerable amount charged, but they accepted this - and I got the points on my card which really come in handy at the end of the year holidays. My car was priced very competitively and they had a pretty decent supply of other used cars to consider as well....I test drove a different car than I originally came to check out, but in the end, couldn't pass up the deal they had on that Rav4.... I was planning on visiting another dealer that day to consider another vehicle, but after checking out the Rav4 I ended up buying, I was sold - good price, great car, and good people to work with I know people have different experiences at different dealers and that happens, but I have nothing bad to say about my experience here and would come back to them for future needs

My comments here are based on the purchase of two new Toyota vehicles in February 2018. I first reached out to Autonation Toyota in Leesburg via web form on their website. Sales Rep Kevin Foley responded quickly, but he did not barrage me with emails and calls like other local dealerships. He struck a good balance in terms of follow-up and communication. In the end, I had an exceptional experience with Kevin. It became immediately apparent he is very knowledgeable about Toyota vehicles. Friendly, good communicator, down to earth, no pressure, upfront and direct. It's clear Kevin likes what he's doing. He was very attentive to what I wanted (model, trim, options, etc.) and the price I wanted to pay. Neither Kevin nor anyone else at the dealership played any games. No pressure, sales gimmicks, or hidden charges. I am a demanding customer and they showed tremendous patience. During paperwork (finance), options were explained clearly and directly (again, no games or pressure). I highly recommend Autonation Toyota Leesburg based on my experience from first outreach until the close of the deal.

@Toyota the absolute worst customer service at the auto nation Toyota in Leesburg, Va. 1) scare tactics used 2) non disclosure of work done on car 3) passed to 3 different people even after going back and forth on email with one person 4) manager did not stop and make eye contact when I was asking questions he just dismissed me as if my money wasn’t good enough to purchase any one of his cars 5) price advertised was lower than what was on the car 6) worst experience ever I have had purchasing a car... I really felt as if I was profiled and this is not setting well at all 7) I really suggest you train your employees to treat every potential customer with equal care. First and Foremost: My sales associate Nate or Nathan gets 5 Stars for his amazing customer service, really made the atmosphere in the dealership a lot better and made my experience buying my car easy and relaxing. NOW - I bought a used car and walked out with a 20,000 balance on my loan. Not a big deal but I did notice that there was a chip on the windshield directly in front of the drivers seat. I bought the car at night so didnt notice it at that time but when I called to ask if there is anything they could do they said no. Now call me crazy but if you want to keep my business and to come back there again I would think changing a windshield for a minor defect that probably costs the dealer less than 300 to do, that would be a no brainer! It wasnt enough for me to return the car but i see it every day and and every day I look at it. Fixing something so minor like this can go a long way in where I go in about 6 months to buy a second car (truck for work). But Nate was great and minus the windshield he alone would have gotten this dealer 5 stars. Thanks

I had such a great experience purchasing my Toyota Highlander with AutoNation in leesburg, VA. Shehab Tekla my sales representative was very professional, informative and helpful. In all of my car buying experiences I have never worked with a more trustworthy, friendly, and genuine individual as Patrice from Autonation Toyota. He went above and beyond the call of duty to assist me in purchasing my 2010 Altima. Patrice was able to coordinate the sale of the vehicle between my father and I on opposite sides of the country while I was working in Alaska with cell phone and Internet services limited to three days a week. I truly have never had a car buying experience where I felt valued as a customer and not just a sale to hit the monthly quota until my experience with Patrice and Autonation Toyota of Leesburg. I had a wonderful experience when I visited Leesburg Toyota when I visited on August 14th 2017. I was checked in very promptly and made to feel comfortable while I waited for my car to be serviced. I had everything explained to me of what was done and what I could expect in the future before I paid my nominal bill for my excellent service. I had a 165,00 mile service and the price I paid seemed very reasonable - it was around $120.00. They explained that I might want to consider replacing the tires at my next check up and gave me an estimate of the cost. Overall I continue to be very satisfied with their work and care to details. Thank you for the service on my car. It is a 2005 Toyota Camry with only 168,00 miles on it and it keeps running smoothly with the help of Leesburg Toyota.

I’ve been a Mercedes car owner since I can remember but as I wanted to go hybrid and loved the outdoors; I decided to give Toyota a try. I tried to go to my local Toyota dealership in Annapolis but I was greatly disappointed, so I decided to look for others in the area. When I first read the google reviews of AutoNation Leesburg I was very hesitant, but quickly learned that my service manager at Euromotors Germantown had been hired to run the Service Department at this location. I'd been very happy working with him for the past 10 years and knew that if he accepted a job at Autonation Toyota Leesburg, then things will definitely run smoothly. And so they did. I was first greeted by the new General Manager, Michael (Mike) McNicholas, who personally handled my car buying process. I was very clear in what I wanted; a hybrid RAV4, with all the bells and whistles and wanted it to be as close to a Mercedes ML350 as possible. To cut a long story short- I got exactly what I wanted. I got great service from Mike, I got a fantastic car and got it financed for 72 months at 0% APR with 2 years free service. And yes, I will be doing the drive to Leesburg for my service. From my experience all I can say is that I do believe that Autonation Toyota Leesburg in UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT, and that under Mike’s leadership and his wonderful new team, this dealership is a great place to buy and service, your new Toyota.

My Service Advisor, Robert Sparks, Jr, was very helpful and worked closely with the technician to locate the problem with the check engine light on my Toyota Camry, which has caused emission test failures. After discovering a loose evaporative emission hose from the vapor tank to the purge valve & securing it properly, I was advised to drive the car at least 60 miles & return for a free emissions retest. I will do that & return asap. I was very satisfied and thankful for the effort put forth by Mr. Sparks and the technician to solve this problem.

I own two Toyotas and have been pretty happy with them overall. I bought one at AutoNation Toyota Leesburg several years back. Almost all, if not all, of the service I have ever had on this car was at this service shop. I have taken my other Toyota to this shop as well as my Honda. For years they were great (and a couple of the great service folks are still there) but recently there seems to be an obvious trend to increase service costs a lot. I had an issue with one of my cars recently and I was treated like any person off the street instead of someone who bought the car there and has taken it there for years. Pretty disappointing. My recent experience seemed it was about getting my money instead of helping me. I may still buy another Toyota but I will probably avoid this dealership.

I called to ensure the car we were interested in was still available - 2015 Prius Two. Once we arrived to AutoNation Shehab "Mark" Takla was waiting for us with two set of keys for two cars to test drive - the target and a recent arrival. After test driving both cars we decided to move forward with the target car. We were there past closing time yet Mr. Takla and Mr. David Finch (assisted us with financing) were still there to assist us. When we returned the next day to pick up the car and complete paper work, Mr. Takla had prepared the car to look as good as new. We couldn't be happier with our entire experience. I highly recommend AutoNation and Mr. Takla.

The best experience I've ever had with a dealership. I got a used car lead from USAA and was called within an hour from Jorge Gonzales. He is the kindest, most fun salesman I've ever met. David from Finance was also great to work with. Seriously, the whole sale took less than 4 hours and it was a very happy four hours! Jorge even helped me get my rental back to the rental place so I could leave with my new car. I can't say enough about the attentiveness and friendliness of all the people there. It was a wonderful experience!

Most pleasant experience buying a new car that I have ever had. All the employees were pleasant, kind, respectful and helpful to me. After I drove two models and decided what I wanted, I did research from home on the features and prices at other dealerships and then AutoNation gave me the best offer. Nobody was pushy or put any pressure on me at all. Nazir, the saleman, made everything so clear and easy for me and offered to let me take the car for an extended period even though it was President's Day sale week and they were very busy. He actually treated me like I would expect a family member to treat me. There were no bad surprises but a couple of good ones! I just can not say enough good things about Nazir and the other employees I dealt with. It was such a positive experience and believe me, I had a lot of anxiety to start with.

My wife and I purchased our second Toyota...this one is a 2017 Tundra 5.7L 4WD Double Cab LB, previously a Prius...on Presidents Day, 2017. First, Richard Schulze, our salesman, was excellent. He has a casual and friendly manner, but also a willingness and the ability to make make sure the customer is not just satisfied, but happy. This dealer does not try to fool you on fees or extras, they give you a bottom line and stick too it. Because of this and the satisfactory deal they worked out, I was happy to purchase an extended warranty through the finance department. The managers, finance, and service departments are always top notch. I can say that personally, I have always been treated courteously by all who I have dealt with and have always been made to feel like a valued customer. To start off...we leased our vehicle a couple years ago from this dealership. We were now ready to purchase our lease. I called and was told that both my husband and I had to be there if we both wanted our names on the vehicle so we got someone to watch our girls while we went to the dealership. I was financing through my bank so I called Auto Nation Toyota and was told that I didn't need to have a check in hand and that we could come in, take care of EVERYTHING, and bring the check back when we received it. When we got there then sales associate, Igor, was very helpful. We enjoyed working with him. We waited 2.5 hours to see the financial department to be told that we had to come back to do the financial paperwork when we had the check. We had originally been told that we would be able to sign a contract saying we were purchasing the vehicle and then we had 30 days to get them the money or we would be put under their financing. This did not happen. We had to leave, AFTER SPENDING 2.5 HOURS waiting for the financial department to do nothing. Needless to say I was pissed. I told them it is hard to find a babysitter to watch our kids. We were told to bring them, but anyone with a 2 and 4 year old knows that it would have been a struggle, considering we have to wait forever. They told me that one of us could come in and do all the paperwork and then take the papers home for the other to sign and then bring them back. So that's what I did. I went I and signed the paperwork, but was told that my husband had to come in because he couldn't let me take the papers home. So for a 3rd time we had to go in and take care of the paperwork. We are completely disappointed with the level of service we received on top of the fact that they kept pressuring us to take their financing. Oh and the thing is...I brought my mom here to purchase her vehicle and she went through the same bank the same way I did. She didn't have a check in hand and everything and she was able to take care of all the paperwork, financial included, one sitting and never had to go back in. We won't be purchasing from here again.

My family drove 150 miles to buy a 2015 , CPO Tacoma with 28K miles for my son that was listed in EXCELENT condishion. Within 2 mins my son said look at the dents in the roof. I got in the bed, looked at the roof top and it was scratched and dented beyond words. From the front windshield to the rear windshield and from door to door there were 20 to 30 scratches. Some scratches were 2"wide and some were 3 feet long with rust. 3 or 4 dents were the size of eggs How is it possable for a dealership to certify a CPO vehicle using their 120 (give or take) inspections and miss what my son saw in seconds. How was it possable to wash the car and not mention the damage to anyone. I will also admit the my salesman Mohammed and his manager also Mohammed were very nice, seemed concerned and apologetic. They insisted they were unaware of the damage. (that was and is still tuff to swallow) They offered to fix all damage and have the car delievered to me at a later date. I asked for an additional 500.00 off the pre agreed price thinking that was fair under the circumstance and they refused. I am willing to bet my last dollar had that happened in the middle of the day or on a weekend with any other customers in the dealership they would have took care of our needs but we got there at 8:00 and were the only customers in the building. We shook hands and left.

Never buy a car from here. New or used. Period. Purchased a car from here on a Friday and found a better deal elsewhere so I brought it back on Sunday. The salesman was nice and was saying everything he needed to say to dissuade me from returning it but his manager Matt was very rude to me. Would not explain why they would not take it back and walked away without really addressing my situation. All he said was the bank owns your car now. Who actually does business like that and can sleep at night?!?

I had a great experience at Auto Nation with both the salesman as well as the financial manager. Everything ran smoothly,briskly and none was pushy or obnoxious. It was a much better experience than I had at the previous dealership at Koons Tysons Toyota. If you know what you want, and want to be in and out with a new car ,a good deal...go for Auto Nation Toyota.

Don't try and get service on the weekends. They aren't staffed appropriately for the amount of customers they have. They messed up my Virginia state inspection which cost me another trip to there where they were initially unable to help me. Eventually, after two phone calls to their manager, someone called me back to say that they figured it out and they just needed to email me something.

Avoid the service center here and look for one elsewhere. My vehicle died on the road and wouldn't start back up. I had it towed to Autonation Toyota in Leesburg to have them diagnose and fix the issue. They determined it was the MAF (mass air flow) sensor. The OEM part is relatively cheap if you buy it online, markup was about 2.5x here. I didn't mind that so much as I did the $425+ labor fee. This part is immediately viewable as soon as you open the hood and takes 10 minutes at most to replace - disconnect the wiring harness, unscrew two tamper proof screws, and swap. I've contacted them almost a week ago but have yet to hear back.

Prior to stopping by AutoNation Leesburg I had been to another dealer fairly close by and had a good experience there. I intended to only show my wife some cars so she could choose a model and color. Instead, we were greeted by Will Britt and several hours later walked out with a new Prius. Will's demeanor, expertise, and style fit us like a glove. He seemed to be on our side with his sales managers. He fought for what we wanted and put our needs and desires before his dealerships--or at least, that's the impression he gave us. Will seemed authentic and honest; easy to talk with; and eager to do whatever was necessary to sell us a car--and that's a good thing. His sales manager, Tim, also made a good impression. Tim was straight-forward, knowledgeable, and instinctively knew the kind of financial information I needed to make decisions: a great team. We had an outstanding buying experience from Gene Winfree at AutoNation Leesburg. I hate to buy cars because of all the "negotiation" and time it takes. I was looking for a car not much to put down not the best credit.I went to several dealerships and then I found Jorge Gonzalez at AutoNation, after reading the other reviews I don't know if I'm thrilled with Jorge or the car dealership but my sale was wonderful. I came in on a Sunday night 15 minutes before closing they stayed for two hours with my husband and I, and we went home with our car. for he promised to follow up on a few things and he did on Thursday of the same week. I am very very happy with my new car thank you so much

I am not an easy person to sell a car too. However, patience, professionalism, and outstanding customer service prevailed and I purchased a 2016 Camry SE...... and I love the car I called the dealer initially to prevent any delays in my purchase. I received solid service over the phone with regards to my questions. later that day, I arrived at the dealer and was greeted by William Britt, salesman. He was professionally dressed; was engaging and had excellent knowledge about Toyota vehicles. during the entire process, Will and his manager, made me believe they were working for me.... very important and difficult skill to teach a salesperson. I bought the car the next day. Will, the sales manager, and finance team, were all true professionals from minute 1. Never pushing me to say no; never pressuring me to commit. I commend Toyota and the Leesburg Autonation dealership with having genuine and real employees working for them.

After plenty of research, I decided to move forward with purchasing a 2016 4runner. I finally found the vehicle that checked off all the boxes. I was contacted by Samuel Raveendran at Autonation Toyota Leesburg. Since I reside out of state, our communication was restricted to internet and phone. Sam worked with me and did not hesitate to go above and beyond. Most importantly is that there were NO SURPRISES! All documentation waiting for me at the dealership was consistent to what we had agreed upon. The vehicle was ready for delivery upon my arrival. Management and Finance Dept reps were professional and knowledgeable. Overall great experience. I would definitely refer this dealership to anyone looking for a new Toyota. Thanks guys.

We purchased a car..2007 Hyundai Tucson...from Auto Nation/ Toyota Leesburg. Our experience was ok. I had requested a copy of the Carfax in our paperwork the day we were there. I did not have it when I got home. I called several times and finally received it by email. When we looked at the car...a belt was screeching pretty badly. The sales guy said it was the cold. He took it to Service and they poured warm water or sprayed it. It still had a slight squeak to it. But I said well if thats all it is..a belt...I can deal with that. We bought the car. We replaced the belt. After only 3 weeks, we have no car and are renting again!!! Not happy! Our car had to be towed from my husbands work because the clutch died. The clutch should not have died after having this car only 3 weeks. So still in a rental and $1500 later we will get our car back this Friday. I know we bought this car as is but no way it should be in this position so quickly! We will have put almost $2000 in to this car by the time we get it back. Not happy. I am not sure they have good quality cars! I would make sure you only buy if you have a very good long warranty!! I am not sure I can recommend this place!!

As a repeat Toyota buyer (not often, but three times), I knew I was ready to buy another; the real choice was where to go to close the deal. Based on my previous history of working with the staff at the Leesburg, VA location, I started and ended right here. Back in 1992 when I bought a home in this vicinity, I took my '87 Celica there exclusively for all service until I finally sold the car after owning it for 17 years. I later bought a new 2007 Yaris that these people have kept running well - and have kept me happy - ever since. My recent purchase was facilitated by Sales Associate Richard Schulze who was attentive, cooperative, helpful and honest. The new Camry he helped me buy is a great car - well, almost. I've had trouble with the Bluetooth connection to my cell phone and don't have a solution yet. The problem is likely with the phone and not the car and my work schedule has prevented me from having the time to meet with the phone's service people. In the meantime, the Leesburg people have put in a lot of time and effort to run diagnostics and assist. I have confidence this will work out in the end. Other than that phone connection, I am thoroughly happy with my selection.

Overall the buying experience was just fine. Once we left the lot, the salesperson didnt have the time, patience, or courtesy to follow through on promises or insure that the 2014 certified Sequoia had all the factory parts it was supposed to have. The pathetic thing is that this one inexpensive part made the difference between a good experience and a bad one. In following up on the floor mats we were offered and promised, Richard told me the small part (lever cover) was on back order. He clearly hadnt checked as he said he did because the box was sitting at my front door when I arrived home. Clearly being truthful is not something that matters to Richard. It also calls into question what other things he was dishonest about in the sale process. Shameful ethics, shameful judgement that he would sacrifice the his reputation and that of his employer because he is too lazy to chase down a small, inexpensive part. Absurd

Found a couple vehicles on Cars dot com and was interested, called and spoke with Patrice and scheduled an appointment to meet with them and check out the Vehicles.. When we arrived Patrice was with another client, so we were handed off to Richard. We located the vehicles on the lot; checked them out and took them for a test drive. The sales personnel here are excellent, they are extremely laid back and there is none of the typical BUY NOW! BUY QUICK sales pressure. We talked over the pros and cons of both vehicles, they were more than happy to answer any and all questions we had. Their appraisal of our vehicle was fair and prompt. Dealt with Mike on the appraisal and they did their best to get the deal done. When we green lighted the deal we were handed off to Mike in Financing and he crunched the numbers and got us a phenomenal deal. AutoNation is friendly, professional, laid back, and their vehicles are priced very competatively.. I highly recommend them; by far the easiest, fastest, and most painless car purchase ever!! THE ONLY NEGATIVE!! Since they ripped the license plate off of our old vehicle (they actually handed to me in multiple pieces) I have had to deal with a lot of headache from DMV to get a replacement plate. So definitely make sure you bring your own tools to remove your old plates and make sure they come off easy, otherwise they will destroy them trying to remove them.

I highly recommend the service department at Toyota Leesburg! I moved here about 3 years ago and have been bringing my 2007 Sienna Limited here for all required maintenance and repairs; so on at least on 10 different occasions. Admir Dzaferagic is the customer care representative I work with and he is excellent! He is friendly, easy to talk to, and consistently tries to apply the best price to my service/repair. Whether it be maintenance or the few repairs I have needed, I am always assisted immediately and have always gotten accurate information on the price and waiting time required. More importantly, my repairs have always been successful, and I never feel pressured to make additional repairs like I do at some service centers that always seem to find something else wrong with your vehicle. The additional benefit of Toyota Leesburg is the pleasantness of all the service staff and brand new waiting room. I will continue to bring my vehicle to this dealership and feel lucky to have built a good relationship with Admir.

I have bought a couple cars from the dealership. I have been VERY PLEASED with the salesman & service department. The one time I was not happy with something they gave me a very generous DISCOUNT on the service & also gave me a free oil change when a recall service took longer than I was told. They are ALWAYS WILLING to work with you. I also APPRECIATED the sakesman NOT BEING PUSHY!!! That is why I have returned to them when u needed cars! I can NOT STAND pushy Sales people & will walk out. Thank you BOB THOMPSON!!! If you need a new or used car, ask for BOB THOMPSON... I bought mybcR from him in 2008 & still enjoy talking to him whenever I go in for any kind of service.

Our first visit to Autonation Toyota/Scion Leesburg was a great experience. We were welcomed as soon as we walked in. I was with my mom looking for a vehicle for her. Gabriel was our sales consultant. He took time to understand what we needed in a new vehicle, proceed to show us a few vehicles fitting our needs & having the wants at the same time without a ridiculous price. We were pleased with how quickly & efficiently he did his job all while being kind & catering to us like we were VIPs. If we do end up buying a vehicle soon, we're definitely going back to Gabriel at AutoNation

This dealership is just amazing. They cant seem to figure out problems with the cars they sell i.e toyota and scions. My dad took his camry multiple times to this dealership because the engine light was on but [non-permissible content removed] couldnt figure out the why it was staying on . He finally took it to local mechanic who fixed the problem within 2 hours ( turns out the spark plug wires needed to be replaced) . I took my 2010... in warranty Scion to [non-permissible content removed] since the tire pressure light indicator was staying on . These [non-permissible content removed] want to charge me $110 just to check and verify if the tire pressure sensor is working or not . They want to make money off of you even if your car is under warranty. Avoid these people. The local mechanics here in leesburg do a much better job fixing toyotas.

I had problems with my Sequoia not starting. The first thing came to my mind was the battery. I made an appointment for my car immeditely. Later that day they said they found nothing wrong with my car and to call them if it happens again. Not long after that it breaks down again at a gas stations (I also have a baby rideing with me) I took my car again to the dealership. They then told me they found nothing and if it happens again to have it towed to them and they would pay for it. The next week it broke down at my work in Herndon and I had it towed to them. They called me and told me it was the battery. (you got to be kidding me!) I had only 30k on my car and asked if it was under warranty. They said no because it wasn't the first battery. Give me a break how is it not the first battery! I payed for the battery and I made them pay for the tow ( $100 ) Moral of the story I should of gone with my gut and just got a new battery and I'm a girl. The dealership couldn't figure that out! Oh I also had warranty work done on my car and they lost my car. They also hit my car in the parking lot when it was serviced. They did fix that! I really don't like the manager he is really rude!
