I brought my vehicle in for its complementary 20,000 mile service. The facilities are clean and modern, and the staff is courteous and professional. The service was completed within the estimated time and the waiting area was comfortable and pleasant. As a long time do-it-yourselfer I checked the car over afterwards (clean oil, wheel torque, tires rotated, etc.) - all was done to my satisfaction. Very pleased with the service I've received.

I have been pleased with AutoNation Leesburg's previous maintenance since purchasing a Camry in April 2021. The only issue was being told the wait was approx. 1-1/2 hours which ended up being closer to 3 hours. However I did not mind the extra time in the comfortable waiting area and we are very pleased how the car operates and ride. Thanks to all.

I’ve owned three Toyota 4Runners, two of them purchased from AutoNation Leesburg, Virginia, and I live over an hour away in West Virginia. My most recent purchase was a 2023 Off Road 4Runner because as a wildlife photographer I spent a lot of time driving in the woods. Recently I had the 10k mile service performed. Unfortunately, the oil filter gasket was defective and all but two quarts of oil blew out of the engine as I headed down the highway soaking the vehicle in oil. Lights and buzzers went off and now in Maryland had to pull off the road. As I did, I noticed right in front of me was another Toyota dealership, Younger Toyota. I pulled in, explained the situation to a Service Associate, Gabriella, who immediately brought the car into a service bay, had a mechanic identify the problem, repair it, test the engine, and clean up the undercarriage and rear of the car, and had me back on the road in less than two hours. Gabriella documented everything and emailed me photographs without even asking. I contacted AutoNation Toyota, spoke with the Service Director who asked me to bring the vehicle in so they could check over the engine and they did a truly remarkable job. They checked the work done by Younger, performed a full computer check of the engine, and then did a full new car detail on the vehicle, cleaning the undercarriage and vehicle inside and out. AutoNation offered me a loaner, but I preferred to wait, and they immediately agreed to reimburse me for all costs incurred. Both Younger Toyota (and Gabriella) of Hagerstown, MD, and AutoNation (the Service Director) of Leesburg, Virginia, deserve a 10 Star review for truly incredible “old day’s” quality service and customer dedication. I’d use them both forever except next week I move to Montana. Can only hope Toyota Montana is half as good!

The good news. I was done with my 10,000 mile checkup and oil change in 35 minutes. I brought the car in at 3:30 on a Wednesday. They told me two hours and they would call. After two hours 5:30 I called and asked if my car was ready but the person I spoke with said they were not sure and that they would have my service advisor contact me shortly. After waiting to hear back from my service advisor for an hour I decided to go to the dealership to find out the status of my car. 6:45. I arrived at the dealership only to find no service advisors around. I then asked the person at the desk where are the service advisors and was told they were gone for the day. She asked my name and handed me my keys and paperwork. I failed to mention when I first arrived there at 3:15 I stood in line at the service desk. Mind you I was the only one in the line and there were four or five advisors at their desk. I stood there for nearly 10 minutes before anyone acknowledged me. When they did I was told that my service advisor wasn't around but that he would assist me anyway. Still no one else in line. In closing, while the time it took to get my car serviced was above my expectations, the service I received from the service advisors was far below my expectations. I hope this review helps Auto Nation Toyota and the service advisors that work there to focus on better customer service to their customers and future customers

Since about 2002, we have been using Leesburg Toyota to service our three Toyotas. Thus, we have had, in our opinion, a fairly long experience history with the dealership’s service department. Since I’m being solicited by the dealership for my opinion on our recent service experience, I’ve decided to share it. We recently had our 2018 Toyota Highlander (currently with a little over 60,000 miles) serviced by Leesburg Toyota. Our recent request was for a 60K service along with a Virginia State Inspection and replacement of front and back wiper blades. These requested services in conjunction with other recommended services resulted in a total billing of $2,697.96. Unfortunately, this service occurred after we had just spent $1,496.00 in November of 2022 for their 55K service in conjunction with other recommended services at that time. Thus, within five months’ time, we have spent a total of $4,193.96. In our opinion (for a car with the quality of a Toyota and milage during this time of 55,000-60,000), this seems to us to be quite pricey. Granted, I selected the 55K as well as the 60K services along with the additional recommended services; but, as auto owners with limited knowledge regarding what’s best to keep a car running, we heavily rely on the guidance and direction of the service department. Perhaps, given our limited knowledge base, we are wrong and the cumulative amount we spent is not out of the ordinary. Nevertheless, we feel a quality car at these milage milestones shouldn’t be needing almost $4,200 to stay in good running condition. Regrettably, we will now more than likely consider other options for servicing going forward.

Brought my car in for service on Wednesday and of course it needed additional work (brakes). They were able to get the parts and the brakes replaced in no time and picked up my car the next day. Except when I drove it away there was still an issue with the parking brake and had to bring it back. Needed to get back to my office but the staff (Cam and Jose) was nice enough to drop my car off at my house. Was a little annoyed about having to bring it back but I feel like they made it right. Excellent customer service overall.

I first talk about the Service Department area which is so clean , nice seats and a big TV screen . There is coffee machine. Floor is clean . Restroom is clean except for the sink . This is to me a shocking experience in a good way , because I never been out of a Service Department this fast. Usually wait time for only an Oil and Filter change in other Service Department Dealerships wait time is 2 to 3 hours and just leave you sitting until you turn blue. You have to always check the service advisors out . But this time the Service Advisor named Justin Embrey came to where I was sitting and told me that the truck is ready to go . I was surprised never have this best experience ever in a Car Dealership Service . Department. Or I hope this service is fast because its a slow day. But anyways, I am so satisfied with the service done today . That is why I say 5 stars . Thanks also for ASM Daniel Carabantes who also nicely answered my concerns. And also thanks to the Service Mechanics who did the service and thanks also for the Valet or the person that takes your vehicle from the service department area to the other building where they do the service Work area safely. I saw him driving your car with care . Not like at the other Dealership in Tysons Corner they drive your car in a speed bumps like they are in the Nascar .

I have taken my Toyotas to AutoNation Toyota Leesburg for routine service and inspections since 2019. They have never tried to up-sell me on other work unrelated to the scheduled service or issues even though a couple of my Toyotas are 10 and 20 years old. Anymore, the cost difference between Toyota service and a generic shop is minimal, and I prefer to use genuine Toyota parts whenever practical and available. It has always been easy to drop my vehicle off for service. If I have a complaint, it is that they take a bit too long to complete basic services. Waiting 4 hours for an oil change, tire rotation, and balance is a bit much, hence the 4 stars.

The wait time for maintenance was horrendous. Appointment was 1:30 pm. Car not ready until 4:30, after checked w/Rep and he tried to expedite. No update/explanation they were backed up. 2nd time (over 4 hours wait). I would not go back if I had not bought the service packet. Hard to rate the quality of repair - only can tell in a few weeks.

Many other dealers that do service work will not let you know estimates/costs until the middle of the work which delays how long the car will take to be ready. Our service rep kept us informed with recommended maintenance as well as provided reasoning behind the recommendation and clearly defined pricing (ahead of time). Big fan and will solely use them moving forward!

Autonation was very honest. We had been to another Toyota dealer for my last oil change and they said the struts were leaking. We had my 4Runner checked at two other local garages that said there was some residue but not leaking. Autonation concurred that there was no leaking at all…they did not try to sell us a product or service that was not needed. They also give a military discount! Definitely going back for future service.

Took my car in for a diagnostic on a wheel bearing/speed sensor. When i picked it up, it was in limp mode and the Check engine light has come on. The general manager, Jim, contacted us shortly after leaving this review and truly turned this situation around for us. Not real thrilled with the service I got. Buying this used 2017 VW Tiguan at the Autonation Toyota in Leesburg was a great experience...I even added on over $3000 to the loan for a service plan and future oil changes thinking they would do the service. Recently, the engine light came on and I first took the car to Advanced Auto to check the code for free, which said a misfire in cylinder 4. So I made an appointment with AutoNation and all they did was run the same diagnostic and wanted to charge me $160 for the diagnostic until I complained. Then I was told to take the car to a Volkswagen dealer since they were an Autonation Toyota dealer. I thought this was unusual, but maybe times have changed and dealers don't service used cars if it's not their "brand" I dunno...but I took the car to a VW dealer 30 miles away where I had to pay a $165 diagnostic to tell me the same thing. Today I am taking the car back to them to see what they can find. Not happy.

I give 5 stars for working with Zack. Zack was great and I would recommend him to anyone. I give 0 stars as I left without making a deal. If you expect to get any break on price, they won’t do it. I did not feel like they were working with me as there was zero movement on price. I’ve never worked with a dealer that wouldn’t come down even a little. I walked out over 2k in price. The price has nothing to do with Zack, so if you come, work with him but don’t expect the sales managers to work with you on price.

I made an appointment to get my oil and filter changed, I made an 8:30am appointment for my wife to take it in for the service. They had my 4runner until 11:30 and DID NOT change the oil...THEY decided that they were going to do just the 55,000 mile service that the only real work was rotating the tires.. and for a shop to put it up on a lift and rotate tires IF they are SLOW should only take at most 40 minutes... and then tried to scare my wife with "the brakes need to be changed" when they still had plenty of wear left!

The car failed MD inspection in multiple areas for crying out loud. They half heatedly offered to help, with offering for me to bring the car back for them to "look at it" even though I live 1.5 hours away as they only offered to do so after initially making claims the vehicle was sold "as-is". I find the need for repairs very concerning considering how much the staff raved on how nice the vehicle was, cited the "128 point inspection" or whatever it is. I don't buy for a second that this car actually went through the rigorous inspection process, based on the money I am out of, I suspect it was pencil whipped. These guys talk a big game and bet on their reputation as a large dealership chain, but they are no different than the other charlatans you will find at most of the other dealerships. If you buy new they might be fine, but I would never recommend buying anything from their used lot. Lesson learned for me to NEVER trust the multi point pre sale inspections and to always do an independent inspection myself, regardless of how reputable the dealer is.

Thank you to Mr. George Sierra Garcia for helping me purchase a beautiful vehicle for my wife. This young man was very knowledgeable on the vehicle and understanding on my budget. If you are going to buy a vehicle from this dealership you must go through him. The worst part of this experience was the sales managers and their hidden agenda. They offer you an "option" to have a appearance & windshield protection that cost $639, a door handle protection for $488 and window tinting for $799. This is not an option when buying a new car, instead when sitting down negotiating the price they inform you this has already been added to the vehicle. I recommend Mr. George Sierra Garcia because after finding out this misleading information, he still managed to hit my target number. I believe he took a hit on his commission but I'm not sure. Thank you Mr. George Sierra Garcia, you are a good man.

Charges way more than expected. I did a key fob replacement. I found the same genuine parts from other Toyota dealer which cost $170 to $250, they charged $302 plus $366 for programming also a misc charges(unknown) of $65. Finally, I paid $740 for that key fob only (no key blade included). Pretty sure it's over charged and very disappointed with it. Never ever go there again! 😱

We were told it would be ready in 11/2 hrs and told to check back No one was at the desk when we went back but our paperwork and key were. The lady a few seats down would not help so we waited.

Extremely disappointed that my car has had a tire issue since March 2022 and nothing was said to me. My service agent yesterday actually showed me pictures and reviewed the issue. He told me previous service had shown feathering and alignment issue which was NEVER mentioned to me. Car has 27k miles on it. After service yesterday tires are in the red for wear and was not prepared to shell out over $1k for tires. Extremely disappointed in past services, but very thankful for a helpful service person yesterday.

There's no way any dealership could possibly keep up with and even know about all the issues that might be present in all of the used cars they manage. But some places, while attentive and helpful in trying to get your to buy, ignore you or worse, charge you up the wahzoo for any repairs made after the sale is complete. AN Leesburg isn't like that. They are working with me to get the Jeep right, all on their dime so that I'm satisfied. Seriously, this is a unique place to shop. I'd make the hour drive again in a heartbeat.

This is the worst place I’ve ever been for service. Estimates for service are always inflated, dishonest, and not well-explained. They’ve gone as far to try to convince me that my car had water damage after they erroneously removed a fuse. The service rep has a hard time explaining the logic behind her estimates that are always 3x the cost of the initial quote. Take your vehicle elsewhere for service, or just fix it yourself. Toyota’s support for dishonest and low quality service is at an all-time high.

I bought a brand new 2021 hybrid Sienna there last year. The buying process wasn?t all that either but it wasn?t near as bad there service department is. I?ve been 3 times and all 3 times it has been horrible starting with their phone system, good luck getting a hold of your service writer, you will learn to leave a message and wait for hours for a call back, when that happens you will need to learn to continue call them back over and over. 2nd prepare your self to hear a bunch of lias about we?re sorry this happened that happened, gets old hearing the same Lisa over and over, especially there service writer Chris, I highly recommend you stay far away from that service writer unless you liked being laid at and ripped of. This dealership is not a place you want to give your business to when there are other decent and reliable service center around. This dealership knows that the other Toyota dealership are far away and customers are not likely to go that far so for that reason they basically do what ever they want to the customers that try there luck there. Customers are not the only ones they treat badly but employees to. This dealership is short handed with employees in every department compared to other dealership are , I know I?ve been there I made the move after 3 strikes with them and vert happy I did decide to move on. If you decide to give this dealership a try you will end up like I did and find your self with aggravation and less money in your valet then the other decent dealerships. Good luck.

This was my first time dealing with a dealership for purchase of a new car in all my 30+ driving years (I've always purchased used to save $). With COVID used car prices are still inflated 2 years in, so makes a bit more sense to go new. The sales guys over at Leesburg, VA AutoNation were pleasant to buy from. No high pressure, no surprise costs, and they were patient and willing to listen to me despite my hemming and hawing about spending 40k on a vehicle. Because new inventory is still down, they were also willing to shave a bit of the price for features on the in-stock Tacoma that I wasn't necessarily looking for. I had an 8:45am appointment for a 30,000 mile service. It wasn’t finished until 3:45pm. I was told it would be ready by 2:00pm at the latest. This is after coming in a week earlier and being told that they wouldn’t have time to do my service despite me having an appointment. This service also cost me $347.83. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. Now that my complimentary service appointments have ended I won’t be back.

I had a very dramatic introduction to AutoNation Toyota, when my radiator gave up the ghost in the service bay as I arrived. I initially went to AutoNation, because I wanted a service center closer to my home. I intend to stick with them because they worked with me, explained all costs very clearly (I am a retiree), and did the work on several issues over a few days. They did a great job. I was impressed with the way they communicated with me during the process. Overall I found AutoNation in Leesburg, a pleasure to work with, and enjoyed getting everything I needed done in a timely manner, and with really great customer service.

I bought a brand new 2021 Toyota Sienna at this dealership. I had a couple service issues that I had to take it in for repair this month. I dropped my vehicle off there around late afternoon with Chris the service writer. It was around noon the next day and I still haven?t heard anything yet when I was told I would. So I called Chris around noon and he didn?t answer so I left a message. After speaking to Chris about the status of my car he told me that the news wasn?t good and that I needed a head gasket and that the technician was writing up an estimate and that he would get right back to me. It was now around 5 and he still hadn?t got back to me about an estimate, so I had to call him again and again I had to leave a message. This time Chris texted me , really a text? What kinda a service writer would text and not call there customer about what they need. He went on to tell me that all my issues were related to the bad head gasket and that this type of a job was time consuming and that he couldn?t get to it for a couple days and that I could take it elsewhere if I wanted. This told me that this place likes quick fixes, meaning gravy jobs in the automotive business, sad thing is Toyota isn?t much better at this location either as I had some warranty issues last year with this dealership and there service department. You don?t have to tell me twice, so I took Chris?s advice and took it elsewhere as there not the only Toyota dealership in town. Basically they will take your money and sell you a vehicle and repair your vehicle if it?s a quick gravy fix but anything that?s time consuming and not profitable for the dealership they basically turn there back on you. I don?t know about anyone else but I don?t need to do business with a place like that when there are so many other decent automotive repair shops out there. On a final note, if you decide you?re Going ti give this dealership a chance and get burned, don?t say I didn?t tell you so.

I can?t rate quality of repairs yet. The scheduling of repairs has been easy tho. The sales staff and finance manager were great as well. Nobody was pushy or overbearing, but did address all of our concerns and ensured the process of my son buying his first vehicle was as smooth as possible. My only complaint is the time it took to get everything done, about 4hrs in the dealership.

To keep along story short, don’t waste your time and money at this horrible dealership and there service writer named Chris who is a con artist as well as there service department . I made that mistake with both, one by buying a brand new van there and two by taking my van there for service and got burned at both places. Don’t think for a minute that this dealership and there service department cares about there customers or there employees for a minute, if they did they wouldn’t be short handed with employees in almost all areas and customers. Before you make the mistake I made with this dealership, I highly recommend checking with the other Toyota dealership first before you go to this dealership and be disrespected, ripped off, and constantly be lied too, if you do try your luck with this place, don’t forget, don’t say I didn’t tell you so too you’re self.

Try to call them and try to get to talk to someone from service department - it's impossible. They don't answer the calls/voice messages, don't e-mail back. They will charge you for services that they won't perform on your vehicle and can't provide documentation for it to prove, worst customer service ever. Staff and managers need serious training at this location.

I can’t speak highly enough about the sales team at AutoNation Leesburg. I went in to look at a used car - the price was lower than what I had seen online and they gave me a very fair trade-in offer. The best part was there were no hidden fees at all! Just the dealer’s commission at $899 and the rest was tax/title. Probably the easiest car buying experience I could have hoped for. If I could give 100 stars I would, the service at Leesburg was phenomenal. I contacted Gene my salesman late in the afternoon from Baltimore MD over 70 miles away and he said toe "I'm on my way to pick you up so you can get your car". He proceeded to gather all my information and called me back a couple hours later to tell me the deal was done and his driver was on his way. When the driver arrived we rode in the smoothest Toyota you could find. I fell asleep the ride was so nice. Everyone was standing ready to greet the "beautiful ladies from Baltimore ." They made us feel special and my daughter even commented mom feels like we've known them for forever. The atmosphere wasn't stressful like most dealerships and Gene was great. The finance Manager was awesome also Overall great service..outstanding work Leesburg.

The reservation staff and service staff are not in sync. For an oil change and gas filler cap repair, I get 1 hour wait from reservation staff (two different people) and when I get there I get "don't know how long. The diagnosis itself will take more than 2 hours". Ultimately I had them do the oil change only. From "it will be ready in two hours", it took them almost 5! The only consolation was that the oil change was free and they gave me a good check up report.

WARNING: They are not selling with a "market adjustment" but are not selling at MSRP. Not without mandatory packages. Other dealerships add a market adjustment then give you "dent protection" and "paint protection" packages for free. This bait and switch is just more dishonest. Even if you specifically ask if they force packages, they will say no but then when you come in "SURPRISE BUDDY!". These packages will not increase the value of your vehicle and will just add more money to the loan/lease. They are also notoriously difficult to redeem for what qualifies. Toyota isn't forcing these packages, it's Autonation. Remember to avoid these guys when supply outpaces demand again.

Nate Burgette was my sales rep for finding and financing a new car. Together we navigated supply chain issues, delivery issues, etc. The experience was candid, with zero manipulative or pugnacious sales behavior whatsoever. I met with the general manager once regarding my trade-in, and while we decided to exclude that from the transaction, the whole experience was very human in the best possible way. After interfacing with more than a dozen dealers, I chose to drive across Northern VA to affect my transaction here. While some other dealers may have fancier showrooms or more expansive repair facilities, the Autonation in Leesburg will carry my recommendation as long as these two gentlemen remain involved.

This dealership is honest and hardworking. Patrice is the man who gave me advice about how to get a new Sienna. When I could expect the list of vehicles being built and shipped to them, how to make a reservation down payment of the, to be built, minivan and when to roughly expect its delivery. He didn’t mind that I called him over and over. He also helped when we found ourselves in a bind and searched for another used RAV4 to replace a vehicle we’d unexpectedly loss in a fender bender. The LeesburgToyota AutoMation is fairly priced selling their cars at MSRP and if I didn’t like the car I ordered they would give me back my deposit. Not so for multiple other dealerships in the DMV. Have always received good service from this Service Center. This time, my service was delayed quite a bit. I had scheduled an appointment for an oil change. Check-in was swamped. I was pressed for time (my ride had to be somewhere), and had to just leave my keys with the rep who said he would scan the vehicle and they would have my information to move forward; I told him I would not be back for a couple of hours so felt I gave them plenty of time to address the vehicle. After 3 hours, I had not received a call, so I called them. They had just begun to look at my vehicle. When I explained that I HAD made an appointment and expected my service to be done a long time ago, they expedited my service. This was a glitch I hope will not happen again.

We had a wonderful experience from start to finish. Everyone was kind, and they made the car buying experience as easy and smooth as possible. We put our deposit on a new 2023 Sienna on September 21st, and picked it up on November 3rd. That wait was nothing compared to what I have seen elsewhere online, and we looked at other vans and other dealerships before choosing this one. They took the time to walk us through how to use the app, the process for making appointments for oil changes or getting any work done, and provided my antsy 5 and 1 year old kiddos with snacks and praise for being so patient. It was definitely the best car buying experience I've had so far, and I look forward to continuing to work with them for all of our regular service visits. This is our first minivan, and our first Toyota; but at this point, I'm sure it's not our last. 😁👍🏻

Took my Tacoma for service. I had a few things replaced, oil changed, tires rotated. They did it quick, only had to wait for parts. The price wasn't inflated. They wiped down the interior and left it smelling good.

I had an appointment with the Service Department. I was really disappointed. I made an appt for the first appointment of the morning to get an oil change. I have taken both my Toyotas to AutoNation but this particular vehicle more often. AutoNation Leesburg has sent us over the last several months several coupons for "complimentary" full synthetic oil changes, obviously designed to get customers in the door to see how good their service is. I actually couldn't find the last mailed one and went to their website, and they had the promotion there as well, where you could have it texted to you, so I did. Just before my appointment i located the mailed coupon so I brought both. When I was directed to the service counter, I told the service representative, Tim Nguyen, that I had a coupon for a complimentary full synthetic oil change. He said it wouldn't work without looking at it. I told him it came from their website. He said well it isn't for your year of model, they are pretty specific. I said, they coupon specifically lists my year. He looked and continued to question me as though the coupon AutoNation Leesburg actually texted me wasn't legitimate, like I was presenting a fake and he continued to push back. It was uncomfortable. But, as it happened, I had found and brought the mailed paper coupon, so I dug it out and handed it to him. Shocker, he questioned that one as well. He asked questions such as did I *personally* receive this coupon in the mail? (My name was on it.) Do I have more than one Toyota, he thinks maybe this coupon for a different vehicle. After more questions, he finally said something like "Well, I guess we'll take it", like he had no choice. As I said, they have sent several of these "complimentary" oil change coupons, but this is the first one we've decided to use. Why send them to customers if you don't want customers to use them, and try to make the customer feel like they are doing something wrong by redeeming it. Once that awkward exchange where he made me feel like I was a thief was over, he said okay, your oil change will be free, it will be $30 for the tire rotation. I didn't ask for a tire rotation, I get that free with my tires, so I said I don't need that. Again, more attitude. FinaIly, he wraps up the transactio and asks if I will be waiting. Yes, I say, I made the first appointment of the day to avoid a long wait so I could get in and out. He then tells me it will be at least an hour and a half for the oil change. I arrived for the first appointment yet it was goung to take an hour and 30 minutes, minimum for an oil change? Approximately an hour and 45 minutes later my car was done. I get AutoNation Leesburg didn't make anything on this visit, but they send those coupons for customers to use. I believe he pushed my car to the end of the line because it was a "complimentary" service and he didn't earn a commission. The point of those coupons is to get customers in the door and show them how good their service is. This was the opposite. When I receive good customer service, I go out of my way to patronize businesses that give that service. I've paid *more* to go somewhere that is friendly, trustworthy, and reliable. But this left me feeling scuzzy in my interaction with Tim Nguyen, and like AutoNation Leesburg cares about customers as far as the money they can make off of them. I don't care how many "complimentary" coupons I receive, I think it will take wild horses to drag me in there again.

Bought a new Highlander early 2022, buying process was quick and easy in a tough market. 2 service appointments have been good as well. The Toyota app, however, leaves something to be desired. While its status interaction with the car is great, I find the Service and Service Appointment function lacking. The app won't let me make an appointment and I would hope the app would let me know when I'm coming up on my next service interval. Could be much better.

Bought a new Camry on 7/15/2022. The salesman (Umar) was knowledgeable, courteous and efficient. I would recommend him to anyone wishing to buy a vehicle. I wish we would not of had to haggle so much with the manager about the low ball trade in value we were originally given but I guess this is part of the process. When we came in one month before the purchase and made a $500 payment to reserve the vehicle we were given a price. The day of the sale there was a $600 plus charge for some type of dent protection that we were told was on all their cars. Seems like this is a add on that should be disclosed up front when a deposit is made. Need more help in the finance office. Our appointment was at 4pm and deal was made by 6 pm. Waited over 2 hours to get into the finance office and was not out the door until 9:30 (business closes at 9).

Autonation Toyota in Leesburg is my go-to for sales and services for my Toyotas. My newest addition - 2022 Corolla HB - got it for MSRP, but happy about it. Now they do no-haggle pricing, which is good-and-bad, but less stressful. Reserved the car when I saw it online, it came in about 4 weeks. Logan in sales is very courteous. Note: But there is some way of improvement in the service area. they are not the best one, just ok! they never smile, they are sometimes even rude and they are too busy so they dont even care if you wait for a long time. couple of time it happens when i came to do the maintenance by taking appointment they were not upto the mark. their commitment level is very poor. and one more thing when you say certified used car then you should make sure all the things with the car is perfect. this time i just get only one key with my car, they said after a week they will give me the other key. then my reclining seat was not working then i dropped they fixed it. then one of door handle above the middle row is not working, Stacy said they will call me but they dont know when, these are some points they need to be improve. so the customer remains happy even after purchases of their dream car. I waited 3 hours from MY APPOINTMENT TIME for them to start working on my vehicle. I had to ask for updates, they were not good at communicating. They had one charging station available that was constantly in use. When it was finally finished, my car was not brought around. They man up front just said "it's parked behind the brick wall, it's marked on the tag." There was nothing marked on the tag, I had to wander around their huge parking lot with four little children to find my vehicle. I'll go somewhere else next time. 👎

First I get a call asking me if I want a complimentary oil change at the dealership. It’s normally out of the way but I had some scheduling things that made it work but why not. I go to drop off my car and I’m told that I have to go to my specific service advisor. I go to him and he’s on the phone. I wait patiently in front of his desk and he gets off the phone and starts working. I wait patiently as I don’t know if he’s finishing something from a call. Another service advisor asks me if I need something and he finally acknowledges me and said he thought I was waiting for someone else. Then he said he’s too busy to take me and shoves me off to the first guy who said I needed to go to the first service advisor. This entire process was 10-15 min. Well I get my car checked in and ask when it will be ready. I was told maybe an hour and a half. I said that it worked as I need it within 2 hours before I head to my house 30 min away. I’m told that I’ll receive a call. So four hours later I hadn’t received a call, I called them….then they couldn’t find my car….. 10 minutes later, they find it and it’s ready….two hours after the promised time. So then I go in and spend an additional hour of my day and pay for my complimentary oil change and tire rotation. Terrible service, terrible experience.

The service department at AutoNation Toyota Leesburg is the best. I bought my 2018 Highlander from them because they took such good care of me and my 2006 Highlander. You never forget coming in for a service recommended by another service center (I wanted a second option) that was going to be expensive. This is regarding their Service Department, which which we feel is the Best in the Area. They handle the huge number of Customers expertly, more importantly, you can trust their work. We work with Kristin Lewis in the Service Department. She communicates clearly, and is very responsive to emails and phone calls. They have a very large waiting area, that is very comfortable. Lindsey, their Cashier, is efficient, pleasant. Because of her Desk placement, she has to field many questions, and not all customers are nice, but she handles them beautifully. The Outside team that accepts and moved the Cars, are also welcoming and efficient. I do not know the Manager of this Facility, but he should know how well his staff performs.

It also had a recall on the door and a broken DVD player upon purchase. It was supposed to be replaced but they kept putting it off in the service department. Almost two weeks went by and they called yesterday and said the bank denied my loan since I switched to a new employer. Now I realize they wanted the vehicle back because they made a mistake on the year and sold it to me for 6,000 below their asking price. The worst part is I would’ve paid it if they would’ve just honestly explained the situation. I will be reporting them to the Better Business Burea on Monday. I’m glad to see the car online so I will have proof of their error. Whoever reads this in time don’t do business here!

I visited Auto Nation Toyota in Leesburg Virginia on Friday 19, 2022 and I was totally disappointed. I called last week to make an appointment for an oil change and the recall for my 2018 Toyota Camry. The lady told me that she only can make the oil change appointment and the recall issue someone can call me and setup the appointment for me. So, I decide to wait for the call and make the two services together. Toyota representative called me for the recall and he set up the appointment for the oil change and the recall. Today at the dealer the customer service attendant told me that the oil change can be done and not the recall, he also added that the parts could take from three to six month to reach the dealer. I was really disappointed and decided to do just the oil change. Honestly taking few hours from work is not an easy thing and going back for another appointment is not really fun at all. I went to the service manager Mr. Admir Dzaferagic and explained the situation to him and he just said sorry for what happened. Few minutes later he asked me if I want to do a complementary state inspection for the car. I told him that my car need tires and I can't do the inspection before replacing my old tires. After I left the dealer and had a few minutes I inspected the car and looked at my bill. I found that the windshield fluid is empty and the oil break is low. I called the Toyota service and asked them concerning the multi point check with the oil change the lady told me "let me check" then transferred me to someone who heard me; then he hang-up the phone. I called again and asked the same question to the service lady, she transferred me to a voice mail, I didn't leave a message. Today also they didn't offer me a car wash. Upon checking my bill I found out that: INVOICE # 507059 1. Its written that: Customer requested to have multi point check. That never happened since I knew for a fact that the multi point comes with the service. 2. Declined tire replacement and wheel align I specifically told the representative that I will look for an affordable wheels. And basically if I am not replacing my wheels at the dealer there's NO alignment should be done. But I believe they wrote that I declined the alignment to aggravate the situation even though it's just a common sense. 3. They wrote: Declined 40K service. The representative never talked to me or suggest that to me 4. Last but not least on my bill they tampered with my email address that's why I didn't receive a follow up email survey as it used to before. Even-though I received an email confirming my scheduled appointment for this service ***************** Honesty should be practiced more often*******************

I went there to purchase a remote and a key for my Toyota. Both the parts were ordered ahead of time. They said my wait time would be 1-1.30 hours. They made me wait 4 1/2 hours. They charged me close to $700. I paid and went to my car to leave. Neither the remote nor the key worked. The manager, Mr. Atmir Dzaseragic was very upset at his subordinate and yelled at him for not being able to convince me to stay longer to get the 2 pieces programmed. I asked for my money back. Mr. Atmir was very upset at me and extremely rude because I did not want to stay another hour on top of the 4 1/2 hours that I had already waited. They also wanted me to spend another $3500 on other unnecessary services to my vehicle. And then they offered to buy my vehicle for $2000!!! What a rip off. I will never go back to this place.

Toyota just know how to cheat people. I have experience with them. When you are buying a toyota car, do not sign anything because they have two different invoices; one is they show you but the other one is hidden which is higher price. As well as, they steal some stuff which are included from manufacture while they charge you. I'm struggling with “AutoNation“ dealer about their fraud cheating. I have documents that prove my words. This is my duty to announce. If you need to know in detail, please let me know.

Great dealership! The customer service is very good, friendly scheduler staff, service techs are well qualified… but like anybody that works for you, you have to check them and make sure they’ve done the work you wanted. I just had my car in for routine maintenance and inspections. When I got the vehicle back, the tires looked a little low and I asked the scheduler if they had checked them, and he said, “Oh yes, of course!” Well, I took the car back to the service bay and asked the service tech to check if they were properly inflated. Long story short, after telling me they were fine, I insisted that he checked them and that I watch, sure enough, all four were low, and one them was almost 6 pounds light!. So no, they didn’t do everything that was needed. It’s your car you have to check on them.

I was not initially impressed with my initial visit two years ago, however, my last two have been satisfactory. This visit, unfortunately due to my totally stupidity and carelessness, resulted in me damaging my engine oil pan during an oil change. I had the truck towed to the dealership and they were able to accommodate me and make the repair within a respectable time frame. So far, the oil mess was cleaned up and the oil pan replaced and there are no further issues associated with my stupid actions.

June 29, 2021. Sunroof wouldn't close on Toyota 4runner. Quoted need for a $2500 part and 11 hours labor. Would cost near $4000!!!! I said no thanks and found a video on YouTube. Service. The car is blowing hot air. A/C not working. Recommend a/c evacuate and recharge with dye install. Since it will charge me $350 to do that I declined because it is not covered by my extended warranty. Mr Nguyen called my insurance discussed that I can do payment for now and reimburse it later but when I talked to my insurance they said they don’t do that kind of arrangement. But if I accept that recommendation work and had issues they will do test and diagnostic again for an even bigger charge. Long story short, I go to my mechanic check it out put R134A refrigerant a/c recharge kit and it’s blowing cold air again. And it only cost me $20 for the labor. I am not satisfied also with the water run test on the clogged pillars of the sunroof they don’t do extensive examination and recommend to drive and monitor where in fact there’s a rain stain showing off on the pillars. It cost me $150 for less than an hour service work. Sorry but that’s my experience.

I brought my car in for the first service appt and state inspection. it passed inspection, but I forgot to tell my advisor, Tim Nguyen, that the windshield wiper on the passenger side was coming off the bracket in the middle and wasn't going a good job of wiping the window. I remembered to tell him when I was signing the paperwork and he said he could fix it himself, and he went outside to my car and did! Thanks, Tim!

My husband scheduled his service for his RAV4, which we had bought from AutoNation over a year ago. When he arrived, they took the car and advised they would call him when it was ready. After about two and a half hours, he noticed that everyone else who had brought their cars in at the same time were leaving and he decided to look around. When he saw his car out in the parking lot he asked if it was ready, the advisor said no and would be back in a minute, never returned. After waiting another 5 or 10 minutes he went up to the same person, asked again if the car was ready. The man said he would ask his service advisor, my husband stated I thought you WERE my service advisor! This guy then stated his scheduled service advisor was not in yet and that he had told my husband this when he brought the car in first thing, arguing with him. My husband then asked the man at register if he had his keys, that person said he did not and advised they would get his service advisor, to which my husband replied that he hoped it was not the person he had been arguing with. The man at the register then checked with the actual service advisor, got the keys and told my husband to wait for the service advisor to go over the paperwork. As it had now been over 3 hours, my husband demanded the keys and informed them if he hadn’t bought this car from him, he wouldn’t have come here for service and finally left. We have purchased two cars from this dealership and are now reluctant to do so ever again, much less bring our cars in for service!

My RAV needed a low pressure fuel pump replaced per Toyota recall. The RAV also needed a front transfer case electro magnet replaced because of a groaning sound it was frequently making. Leesburg Toyota accepted the car for repair, gave me a loaner and repaired the car in about four days. The repairs appear to be properly done and the car is running like new. I realistically could not ask more from a dealership or repair shop. Well done.

This company is not military friendly. Due to a company policy, they would not take a copy of a power of attorney, even though it's authorized under Virginia law. Similar to other customers, I was told a car was available, then it wasn't, then it was again. They were unresponsive and unwilling to help a deployed service member. They made it clear they didn't want business unless it was convenient for them. They have no loyalty to their customers and even admitted that they would sell the car to anyone that came in, even if I were on my way. 0/10 I do not recommend that anyone shop with them.

We drove about 40-50 minutes to get here to look at a car she had been messaging with someone about. Who else hates when a dealership over promises?! March 24, 2021 AutoNation is a business that works as “ONE NATION”. Afroze Khan is a friendly non-aggressive Sales Manager that greets everyone with “How can I help you?” He listened to my needs and introduced me to Sales Associate, Michael Conway, who had a very caring heart and paid attention to my physical needs as well as my choice of a car. He didn’t try to over-sell for the sake of getting money, but tried to diligently listen to my list of needs. I needed automatic seat adjustment, a headrest that didn’t push my head forward in an unnatural fashion, color, cost was important, etc. I came into AutoNation several times because the car I liked one day was sold the next day and I would have to start looking all over again. I was happy that business had picked up for them so didn’t mind looking again, however one morning, I came in and Michael found a car that I liked, however it had to be ordered from another lot and I had made an appointment with CarMax. It is always important to try to keep appointments that one makes-- so it was explained that a second opinion was always important. CarMax was friendly but they were short inventory and this was the day for me to make a decision to buy a car. Julie Kind, assistant to the court Guardian, had joined me in helping to assist in buying a car. We returned to AutoNation. Michael Conway was on a company errand, but remember AutoNation works as “ONE NATION” and Gene Winfree, Acquisition Specialist, pitched in to cover the needed duties for his friend Michael Conway. Afroze Khan worked with the pricing discounts, which can apply to new cars only, and most of the paperwork that needed to be completed for the Court appointed Conservator to write a check for a fair price required to purchase the car. It is not an easy job because all parties had to be in agreement because of the Loudoun County Court appointee regulations. You see my children have tried to make me appear incapacitated about the fact that I cannot make decisions on my own. SURPRISE! I know a wonderful ethical company when I see one and I am aware that AutoNation employees are there to help you from the time you step inside their door (even if you come many times) to try to find the desired car of your choice. They “AUTO-MATICALLY work as ONE NATION and every single person is glad to help you again and again! I highly recommend that you ask for Afroze Khan, Michael Conway or Gene Winfree however, if they are busy, there are others that seem to be just as helpful. AutoNation is a company that sells cars however they want the customers to be happy with their purchase. A satisfied customer is valuable because that customer remembers a company that stands for truth and guarantees their product and they will return and know when they walk in and hear Afroze Khan greet them with “Welcome back! Mr Admir is a valuable asset to this dealership. I went to have my windshield wiper blades that were stuck on the upright position checked out. i wanted to see if this is covered under warranty since I bought the car new at a Toyota Dealership. This is when I happened to run into Tim and his coworker Dave. I waited while Tim was acting busy and another customer came along too. So when Tim was done with whatever he was doing, he decided to ask David to take care of the other customer who came after me. Yes David left me there standing and took care of the other customer. Then it was my turn, I ws very upset at their tiotal disregard for customer service but I maintained my composure. Tim quickly told me that this is not going to be taken care of under warranty and rudely return inside the dealership and I was just standing there wondering what I must have done to this guy. I returned and ask for his manager and Tim again rudely retorted that he is the manager so I better deal with him. I told him He is not the owner of the dealership and I know he has a boss and I want to speak to his boss. He pointed to Admir's card and told me to call that number. I called Admir the next day and he calmed me down and asked me to bring my car so that he can check it out. I did and not only did ADMIR have my car checked out but they also fix my windshield wiper baldes for free. So that you to My Admir and shame on you Tim and Dave. Admir you are a valuable team member to auto nation and thank you for assiting me.

Very disappointed in my attempt to use a coupon. I was sent a 5K maintenance coupon (oil/filer, tire rotation) for $29.95. I wanted to use it. This coupon said synthetic oil and more than 5 quarts may cost more. My truck uses 6 quarts of synthetic. So I asked how much more would it cost. After a few unproductive calls, I finally got a quote of $70. really? Yep. More than double the coupon quote. And $70 is really just the normal price for an oil change. In hindsight, this really wasn't a coupon...it was a bait and switch.

I bought a 2018 Toyota Corolla which had some issues after driven for 3000 miles. (I even took my car to the dealership within the warranty period and they said that there is nothing wrong) The cost for repair was around $2400. I left the the vehicle at their workshop for repair. Meanwhile they appraised my vehicle and offered me an amount to buy. When I went to the dealership they refused to give that amount and made me an offer of $700 less. Worst customer service and extremely rude behavior. Do not believe until you have anything in written from the dealership. I even escalate my issue to TOYOTA USA, still no response from them.

The day of sale person go back and forth to ask a manager about the car price was over at Autonation at Leesburg. I bought my 2021 Venza at Leesburg Toyota without any hassle with a reasonable price. Both sale person & manager were very helpful, and answered my questions without any hesitation. They offered me one price and I counter offered it one time , and then both side met a half way. Their financial office was excellent they will to reach out diff. Banks to find the best rate for me and they Toyota matched the rate, so I got everything in one shot, no hassle no whole day to buy a new car. I purchased through Costco buyer service. I always thought that the vehicle should be available on the lot. It wasn't. I was told that "it is on its way." Turns out "on its way" must be anywhere from the assembly line to a transport truck. It took 40 days to deliver it. Every time I called about it I was given a new delivery window. The buying process included the dreaded high pressure sales pitch for extended warranty. I did not want it and did not buy the warranty.

People at service center are very very irresponsible. My car had battery problem and towed in. No one cared for the car and they ditched at the parking lot unattended. When I called hours later to check, no one knew what was going on. I finally just walked in, they kept nudging each hours that it was nobody?s fault. Took my Tundra in for service and had two issues I needed addressed outside the routine maintenance. The service person discounted the issues and didn?t take the time to work on them for me. One was a passenger seat issue and the other was a rear brake issue. He let me know everything was fine but the issues still persist.

Scheduled appointment to resolve two factory recall issues. Left the truck for the day and had the shuttle van take me home. Picked the truck up after work . So far, so good. The checkout was easy, plus no cost to me; however, the statement claimed to include a truck wash (I live off a gravel road and it would have been a nice surprise to have a clean truck ). My truck was dusty and hadn't seen a drop of water. Too bad and so much for false claims.

My car gave out a few days ago. It's a 2006 Prius with over 200,000 miles on it. The battery simply stopped working -- I barely got it into Toyota. The prognosis: bad, a repair costing more than the blue book. A new battery and a couple other things. But I love the car (otherwise in good condition per Service's meticulous exam. Surprise! The fellow who removed the battery found two bad cables attaching to it from below, replaced them, and my battery was fine. And the repair cost about 25% of the estimate! Whew!

I received a recall notice on my Prius - of course, that was no charge and the staff there is fast, efficient and I have no problems with the quality of their work. Mid afternoon they call me, say they noticed both lights above my licence plate were out .. would cost me $40 to replace. I told them HELL NO! watched a 90-second DIY video on YouTube, went to the local Auto Supply store and bought 2 bulbs for $7! Don't let them gauge you on stupid-easy fixes.

Full disclosure, I was not the customer, my son was. He brought his car in to have the tires rotated. Simple enough. During the time the car was at the dealer, my sons roof rack was removed and replaced. I am assuming the removal was done to wash the car per a courtesy extended to customers, however, my son asked to NOT have the car washed. In the process of the R&R, paint damage occurred. The issue was brought to the attention of the Service Manager (Larry), but no resolution came from the attempts to resolve the error. Larry indicated video footage was available and would be reviewed "on Monday" (the service took place on a Friday, iirc). The claim was made that the video was not recording during my sons visit, so there is no proof the dealer damaged my sons car. Larry's handling of this situation was less than professional. I would not recommend this store simply by the attitude expressed by Larry. At a minimum, with the evidence for both my sons and the dealers position being minimal, I would have expected the minor service of tire rotation to offered as an olive branch of sorts, but instead we get a service manager contentiously stating "you are not my customer, our conversation is over ... " (and yes I have that recorded). Absolutely the worst display of customer service I have experienced. Was I perfect on the phone? ... likely not ... however, his job is to resolve -- not escalate.

To be fair my experience was mixed. I felt Nazir was a good salesman, not pushy. Jake in finance had great follow up and Scott in service was very helpful with some questions that I had. Bill however nearly killed the deal and made me want to walk out. Everything was going smoothly and had he stayed out of it, I would give them a 5star review. Bill is everything that people HATE about the car buying experience. High pressure, self serving and less than truthful conversations. If you don’t have to deal with Bill, you will be better off.

My service consultant Morven was great! He explained the service my car needed, told me how long it would take, and the service was completed on time. The price was fair and I was able to wait in their very comfortable lounge. It was an excellent experience.

I visited the dealer this past Monday 11/11/19 at 10 AM asked for service for an oil change, service attendant ask do you have apt I answered no, He pass me to a lady at end of counter she ignored me same as the first one that said he was too busy ?? there was only one person after me,,,??? At this point I walked to the right to talk to Service Manager that was busy with other client. so finally a fellow second to the last one next to service manager ask me what i needed for my car he was more professional than the two others. So it takes three contacts to get an oil change,this is really Bad service, I can't think if I have a major breakdown on my car I have to beg for service at the counter.

My husband and I just bought a RAV4 Hybrid via Kevin at Leesburg AutoNation. Kevin was a great salesman to work with. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and the competition. He answered all our questions, demonstrated and taught us how to use all the bells and whistles in the car while encouraging us to return and get more lessons from him even after the sale. AutoNation gave us a fair price and we were able to drive the vehicle home that day.

My experience with Kristen at Toyota Service Dept is excellent every time! She’s professional, courteous and goes above and beyond her scope of work to make sure everything goes well from beginning to end when I bring my car for maintenance. She truly is an asset to Toyota! My service writer was Peter Covert. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. Clearly explained what was to be done and gave me an estimate that was to my surprise higher than actual bill. I took my car in for several things including repair to my cabin fan. Turns out they did not need to repair my cabin fan, a plastic bag was found in the fan housing (which was making noise), so Peter reduced the charge since no repair was required. I was pleasantly surprised with his eagerness to explain what was done and even showed me pictures to clarify what was found.

Technician clearly did not inspect the vehicle and “pencil whipped” the multi-point inspection form with obvious incorrect entries. Has me doubting whether the service work I paid for (but cannot see) was actually done.

I had an excellent buying experience! After being through a bad experience at another dealership, I found the same 4 runner at this dealership. I scheduled an appointment with Kevin, he met me in the parking lot with the truck when I arrived, no pressure to trade my current 4 runner, no mark up on the price, no pressure to use their financing. I didn’t feel like I was being taken advantage of or lied to. The whole process took an hour and half. I couldn’t be happier with my new truck or the experience I had there. Go see Kevin Foley!

I had a fantastic buying experience. I worked with Samuel Moore, and I can't recommend him enough. He was patient, anticipated my needs, and worked with me to find the car that checked every box on my long list of wants. He didn't push their financing on me or pressure me to trade my vehicle there. He was honest about what the best options for me would be, and I appreciate a salesperson who considers his customers rather than his own paycheck. I didn't walk into the dealership expecting that I would walk out the owner of a Toyota Camry, but that is what happened, and I couldn't be happier about it. worse car dealership i have ever dealt with. everytime a new issue. service is rude, cant cannot get the make of my car correct, service plan incorrect in system, and they charged me for prepaid services then refunded me only partial money!!! every-time is a nightmare!!! stay away from here!

Both sales and service are the best. Not only do they beat larger dealer's prices, but the sales people are great to work with. I'll go back to Bryant again for my next Toyota. I've always been pleased with the Service Dept. as well. They really look out for safety, and they give me confidence that they a real pros at what they do. Morven has been wonderful and so helpful to work with. The only thing that could improve is the people that answer the phones are sometimes short, as I'm sure it's very busy in there, but they need to be a little nicer to the callers (we are your customers). Once you are there, though, everyone is great. Highly recommend.

I went there to get my oil change done and some recall work. I decided to wait for it and it really did not seem that long at all. The waiting room is large and comfortable and my service advisor kept me post on the progress and when my truck would be ready.

We drove over 3 hours each way to get the trim package and color I wanted without having to pay extra for a package I did not want to pay for. I made an appointment to complete the transaction but wanted to make sure we agreed on what the out-the-door cost would be. It took over a day of persistence to get the information from my salesperson and his manager and some of it was incorrect such as what line items are subject to tax. The salesperson only seemed interested in me keeping my appointment and not providing the information I needed to feel confident that I wasn't going to be surprised with any extra fees once I got there. We did not leave home until we had agreed on the out-the-door cost which was later than we needed to leave to arrive on time. Our salesperson contacted us several times on the way to ask our ETA and if we could somehow get there sooner. When we met with the finance manager, it was clear that there was a lack of communication between her and the salesperson. She wasn't informed that we were financing or that it was an out-of-state registration. Then as we were going through the paperwork, her out-the-door cost was higher than what I was expecting. When I showed her the breakdown that I had calculated and to which the salesperson agreed, she stated that what the salesperson provides is only an estimate. After explaining the painstaking effort I made with the salesperson, she adjusted the pricing to get it as close to the number I had agreed to. Bottom line is that the deal I got was sti
