Came into this dealer to check out a 2019 eco boost mustang and Mr Nassir helped in every way possible. Great person and phenomenal customer service. Only reason I’m not giving a 5 star is because when I took the mustang with me it barely had any engine coolant. Other than that it’s was a smooth operation and will definitely be back.

I was able to let them know what I was looking for and they actually called me when someone backed out of a vehicle. Note: But there is some way of improvement in the service area. they are not the best one, just ok! they never smile, they are sometimes even rude and they are too busy so they dont even care if you wait for a long time. couple of time it happens when i came to do the maintenance by taking appointment they were not upto the mark. their commitment level is very poor. and one more thing when you say certified used car then you should make sure all the things with the car is perfect. this time i just get only one key with my car, they said after a week they will give me the other key. then my reclining seat was not working then i dropped they fixed it. then one of door handle above the middle row is not working, Stacy said they will call me but they dont know when, these are some points they need to be improve. so the customer remains happy even after purchases of their dream car. Welcome reception is not great. I had to stand for quite some time before I was spoken to or assisted. No one acknowledge me when I entered. I understand being understaffed but at least some form of acknowledgement during entrance would help.

Watch out for hidden fees. Quote for 30k service included minimal and recommended. I wasnt shown a basic option though they do have one. The minimal did not include $60 shop fee. I was charged incorrectly on my final bill after service performed and did not get the appropriate costco discount. I had to point out the discrepancy and then the bill was recalculated. Also, more care by technicians is warranted. I popped the hood when home and found a windshield guard unattached and dangling in the engine compartment. For what I paid I expect more from this dealer and more honesty on all the options and a more accurate estimate.

I took my vehicle in for its complimentary 10,000 mile maintenance, was treated courteously, and received good service. I'm pretty picky and verified the work (proper amount of clean oil, TPMS sensor codes moved front to rear verifying tire rotation, checked tire pressure and wheel nut torque, fluid levels checked and topped off); all was good. Waiting area was comfortable (with guest wifi) and they texted me when the car was ready (at about the estimated time).

Bought a F-150 from Autonation. Nate Burgette was my salesman. I live almost two hours away, so he texted me all the vehicle stickers and information I needed to make an informed decision. We have a travel trailer to consider. I came in the next morning on my way to an event, told him we only had 3hrs to get everything done. Convenient online scheduling. All staff that we met are friendly, helpful, and efficient from check-in through check-out. The waiting area is big and comfortable. Our service advisor Bryan is very helpful, knowledgeble, and professional, he also helped to arrange shuttle service for us, and both trips are and smooth. Bryan kept us updated of the status of the service and any findings with detailed report and estimate, which is very helpful. It is a great experience.

Above and beyond the usual great service from Bryan and the team. After nearly a day of being unable to reach me due to phone issues on my end to tell me there was an issue with tires that didn't arrive on time, they still were able to recommend an alternative and get the work done before they closed. Most business would have said see you tomorrow. Service is always great and pleasant here and I don't feel like they are always trying to upsell other services like most dealers.

I realize that AutoNation Toyota Leesburg has a large number of positive reviews. And pre-COVID, we may have said something similar. But the last couple visits have suggested that they have lost something. Maybe they've lost some of their more experienced and capable staff? Maybe they are implementing some cost cutting and trimming back staffing? Not clear. Our most recent visit (June 2022), we simply asked them to perform a standard oil change and rotate the tires. When my spouse arrived at the Service Desk, no one bothered to even greet her FOR SEVERAL MINUTES (-1 star). After waiting a polite amount of time, just in case they needed to wrap up something more important, she decided to take the offensive and introduce herself and ask for their help. The first employee at the Service Desk told her that someone else would have to help her. Seriously. So she moved on to a second employee, who indicated that he was busy training a new employee and that the third person present would help her get checked in. After a few minutes, this third and final service rep was able to get her checked in and she went to relax in the waiting area and get some work done on her laptop. Unfortunately, the wifi was non-responsive to her laptop despite repeated attempts to connect (-1 star). So my spouse resorted to addressing some phone calls instead. Roughly 2.5 hours later, the service technicians finally finished. That's a little extreme for an oil change (-1 star). And at no point did the Service Desk provide any updates on time needed nor apologize for taking so much of her day. But despite taking so long, they didn't even wash our Sienna, despite having promised to do so (-1 star). If an auto service provider wants to charge a premium price, and we consider $110 a premium price for these simple services, then they should provide a premium service. I'll save everyone from having to read another page of my rambling, but the previous experience in 2021 wasn't much better. BOTTOM LINE: We've decided to take our business elsewhere.

Very unprofessional, uncaring, pretentious staff at the customer service counter. I was the only person waiting at the counter, and three male staff sitting at the counter doing their own things on the computer without even making eye contacts and greeting me for nearly five minutes. It was like I wasn't there. I felt like I was being ignored. Then, I began to lose my patience, and started speaking. One responded and still asked me to wait for a little bit, without apologizing. I asked to speak to a manager, and none of them arrange a manager over to talk to me. Absolutely unacceptable. These staff seriously need to be retrained or a new line of staff are needed to replace them.

Simply average all around. Had oil changed, I did get a whiff of oil as I got back in. Previous dealership provided me with reports of my tire and brake life every time I was serviced, and this one doesn't. Overall experience was 'meh' in all categories.

Took car in for 35,000 mi service, and asked them to look at the push button ignition as it would not start a few times. I was told they did not have a tech on duty. I insisted if they have techs working on cars and telling people what is wrong and they can fix they certainly can see if there was a problem with my ignition. Then I was told wait time was 1 hr.- 2-1/2 hrs later total chaos. Check out was a nightmare, woman giving wrong keys to people, never got a receipt of what was done, two other gentlemen overheard my conversation and told me dealership don't want to work on warranty, one gentlemen brought his car in on a Friday and picked up on Sat. and was not happy, another gentleman was given the wrong key to his car. I walked out without getting a receipt woman behind counter was up to her ears and having a hard time checking people out, she could not tell me what they did to my car. At this point I was so flustered with the service, I just wanted to leave. While driving home I realized I did not get a receipt. I will not be going back there again for service.

I waited 3 hours from MY APPOINTMENT TIME for them to start working on my vehicle. I had to ask for updates, they were not good at communicating. They had one charging station available that was constantly in use. When it was finally finished, my car was not brought around. They man up front just said "it's parked behind the brick wall, it's marked on the tag." There was nothing marked on the tag, I had to wander around their huge parking lot with four little children to find my vehicle. I'll go somewhere else next time. 👎

I do not like to leave one star reviews. Every employee is a person and no one deserves to have a bad day and the last thing I want is for me to drag something bad into the light. So here's why I'm leaving this review: On June 2nd I reached out to Toyota with a concern about my service experience. I was assured that someone at AutoNation Toyota Leesburg would reach out to me by the end of the day the next day. This did not occur. I was again assured I would be contacted. This did not occur twice more. It is now June 14th and my concerns have never been addressed, so now my concerns go here to let others know: I had my 5k,10k, 15k, and 20k mile ToyotaCare services provided on my brand new car (purchased April 2021) here at AutoNation Toyota Leesburg. These consist of a number of services but most notably is a Tire Rotation. I replaced the tires on my vehicle at 30,000 miles. Tires that were rated for 60,000 miles. (I could understand these tires needing replacement between 45-50k, but to need replacement at 30k?) The reason why? Extreme wear on one side of all four tires. The only way this can happen is if my tires were never rotated. Sure, you could blame me for not checking that the tires were rotated. But isn't ToyotaCare supposed to provide the services they advertise? I was told I received a Tire Rotation not once but four times. Once per appointment. I was failed on four separate service appointments. If you get your service here at AutoNation Toyota Leesburg: Check your vehicle. Verify that the work was done. After this experience and being ignored for nearly two weeks I will never be returning to this dealer for service or to buy a vehicle under any circumstances. (And if someone at AutoNation Toyota Leesburg sees this comment: Don't ask me to contact you. You have my number. You've had my number since June 2nd. You ignored me for 12 days. There's nothing you can do to change my mind now. If you want to know what you can do: Find out why I was failed four times so this doesn't happen again to anyone else.)

We have been purchasing our vehicles from Leesburg Toyota, now AutoNation Toyota Leesburg, since 1998. Trying to find a new vehicle at a fair price has been difficult with the current supply chain issues. Nazir Fazelyar, our salesperson, went above and beyond the call of duty to help use find the vehicle we just purchased. We provided Nazir with information about the vehicle we wanted to purchase. For many weeks, he regularly monitored the list of upcoming vehicle shipments, looking to match our request. Once he found a match, he called us, and we put a very modest refundable deposit down on the vehicle. In under two months, our vehicle arrived. We test drove the vehicle to make sure we liked it, and Nazir and the other professional individuals worked past closing time to help us complete our purchase. My family and I are thankful for Nazir's hard work and help, and also for the hard work of those individuals who help us with our purchase. THANK YOU!

Oil change and tire rotation were fine (I assume). Customer service was absolutely terrible. Repeatedly called to check on the status of my vehicle and no one could ever give me an answer or connect me to anyone who would have one. Never received any calls back or updates. When I finally picked up my car, saw everyone sitting there doing nothing. Was hoping for this to be my new local spot, but will never go back again.

When I arrived for my appointment for a safety check, I was greeted by a man in the covered driveway. He held the door to the customer service area open for me and I walked in. There were 2 ladies sitting behind the desk, each talking with a customer. There were 4 men sitting to the right of me about 10 yards away. They were talking amongst themselves. The customer in front of lady #1 departed and lady #1 continued typing on her computer. Lady #2 and her customer left the room and I stood there for perhaps 4 or 5 minutes. I finally interrupted lady #1 and asked her is I was in the right spot to check in my truck. She said "oh! I thought lady #2 was helping you. Lady #1 then looked up my information and sent me to "Carlos" one of the 4 gents to the right. Carlos found my information, stood up and went outside to my truck. He didn't say anything to me so I didn't know what he was up to, so I followed. Carlos got into my truck, looked around, started it up, looked around some more and turned off the truck. He then took pictures of my truck from all 4 corners, squeezed a tire, then went back inside. He sat down and asked me if I wanted to wait. I said no since my wife had been waiting for me outside in her car. My appointment was for 10:45am and I arrived about 10:25am. About 5:15pm I hadn't heard anything from Toyota so I called to find out the status of my truck. I called "service" and the lady that answered the phone looked up my information, said she suspected that my inspection had been completed and transferred me to the cashier. The cashier confirmed that my truck was ready and my wife brought me to Toyota to pick it up. I am a former Logistician with over 40 years of customer service / management experience and it occurred to me that I should share this less than perfect experience with someone who wants to present superior service to customers. If I were in charge of this service group, I would have wanted someone to acknowledge their customer when I walked in the door. By the body language i observed when I entered the building, I think the 4 gents (one of whom was Carlos) were not discussing business. One of them could have greeted me and I could have been on my way much quicker. Also, I doubt that my safety inspection took 5 or 6 hours. I should not have had to call to find out the status of my truck. My wife's car is not a Toyota and I continually harp on her that my service is better than hers. She now has some ammunition against my constant railing. I'd give your service group a C- or D+ on this one. I don't want anything from you other than to take in my thoughts and use them to improve service.

This location has disappointed me couple of times now. First experience was they overcharged me for battery replacement, they knew I had Costco coupon so overcharged and then gave Costco discount. What a joke. Recent experience: called to schedule recall appointment and they said service advisor will call you back, no call for a week. Called back to check on status they have no idea about my previous call, lady answered call on 06/10 evening and I explained and she said same thing, service advisor will call you back, I said I hope they do I been waiting for almost a week. She said “hopefully” Yes so not a great experience.

Do not get your car serviced here. We have gone three times (the second two were only because it was free) and all three have resulted in return trips. We bought a new car that came with free service but we are now going to pay for our routine maintenance rather than deal with their service department. (6/10/2022) As a follow up, we spoke to a manager and they are working toward fixing our issues. So I would give them that credit. Unfortunately, the trust is gone. Hopefully they correct their issues and others do not have the same experience we had.

It took 2 phone calls to make an appointment for 2 recalls ( rear turn signal and vehicle stability control software update) . It is impossible to reach service advisor. One call taker was incompetent. The second call taker was more competent and was able to get an appointment. I was told that they will need to inspect my rear turn light signal to see if it needs replacement. Basically, I will need to make two appointments. Also, I advised Ryan that there was noise coming from the power lift gate. Service advisor Ryan was very nice and took care of one recall, lubed the power lift gate but I had to come back on the following week for another recall because there was no part in stock. On the following week, Ryan took care of the rear turn module but the noise from the power lift gate was still there. I was told if it doesnt go away to bring it back again.

I brought in my 2019 Toyota Coralla for CVT fluid exchange I thought it was time to have it replaced based on the recommended mileage. The advisor called to let me know it was still clean and that I should drive it for another 30,000 miles then he would recommend it. First I get a call asking me if I want a complimentary oil change at the dealership. It’s normally out of the way but I had some scheduling things that made it work but why not. I go to drop off my car and I’m told that I have to go to my specific service advisor. I go to him and he’s on the phone. I wait patiently in front of his desk and he gets off the phone and starts working. I wait patiently as I don’t know if he’s finishing something from a call. Another service advisor asks me if I need something and he finally acknowledges me and said he thought I was waiting for someone else. Then he said he’s too busy to take me and shoves me off to the first guy who said I needed to go to the first service advisor. This entire process was 10-15 min. Well I get my car checked in and ask when it will be ready. I was told maybe an hour and a half. I said that it worked as I need it within 2 hours before I head to my house 30 min away. I’m told that I’ll receive a call. So four hours later I hadn’t received a call, I called them….then they couldn’t find my car….. 10 minutes later, they find it and it’s ready….two hours after the promised time. So then I go in and spend an additional hour of my day and pay for my complimentary oil change and tire rotation. Terrible service, terrible experience.

I was able to drop my vehicle off the night before in the night drop after making an appointment. While working I received a text so I wasn’t bothered with a phone call. Since I had purchased the extended warranty I didn’t pay a thing. My bill would have been almost $200.00. I normally don’t purchase extended warranties, but with all the electronics in cars and hybrids I did this time. I was happy with the service. Easy drop off and pick up. With a washed car!

Just left the dealer and wanted to give a shout out to Bryan who was my service manager. Bought my 2014 Toyota Highlander in Cleveland and added a Toyota Financial extended warranty. Was always curious if money was well spent and when my liftgate stopped functioning I was told to bring it in (at that point they said they could not tell me if covered - giving me some trepidation). Brought in at 8 a.m. and was greeted by a polite, cheerful and most important competent Bryan. By 10 a.m. I was told they knew the problem and that the warranty indeed offered protection. I had also noted the maintenance light had come on and Bryan told me the issue - which as I had just installed four new tires was redundant so Bryan just had things reset and informed me of next maintenance event. As repair parts needed to be ordered we set Wednesday for service (Bryan telling me he would see me then,). I went over to the service chief and made sure he knew Bryan was a real asset and now I am also telling the world. Hoping C suite at Auto Nation reads this and rewards Bryan - great shop, great staff. Funny enough, my dealer in Cleveland, largest in the city, told me this was where to go As I moved to VA and I endorse the call. Well run and competent. They even are looking to buy my model and when I see adds and prices with same car at 20 K more miles and having a quality extended warranty in hand, I know why I also find Toyota at the top of the heap. I expect this car still has many years of excellent performance left. Keep up the great work.

The service department at AutoNation Toyota Leesburg is the best. I bought my 2018 Highlander from them because they took such good care of me and my 2006 Highlander. You never forget coming in for a service recommended by another service center (I wanted a second option) that was going to be expensive. The service manger came out and told me the service wasn’t necessary. I have been a customer ever since! I highly recommend them.

Overall I am disappointed with my experience with the service department. Not sure if it's my higher than normal standards, but here we go... Scheduling the appointment is easy and painless (1 star) Service writers are friendly (1 star) FJC went in for an alignment and tire rotation and to investigate a squeak. No major/minor issues with the truck at all. No lights on the dash, nothing. Get an invoice for the services, pay it, and get in my car. Dashboard is lit up with multiple lights. My 'tuner' was also changed to a more aggressive setting as well; leading me to believe that the tech changed it when he went for a 5 miles test/joy ride. I go back in and a service writer takes it back to the techs and they just clear the code(s). Skip forward to later the same day, the dash lights up yet again. Called to make an appointment for the next day. Tech takes a look (2.5 hrs) and finally figures out that it's a misfire in cyl 2...ok...well the truck was fine before I gave it to you all, highly suspicious that the truck wasn't floored a few times during the joy ride the day prior. Tech replaces spark plug and coil pack and the code is gone. Get the car back, all is well. No change to me for these services. Driving down the highway, the steering feels loose, really loose. The alignment 'completed' on my truck is shoddy at best; I have to take it to another shop to get an actual alignment done. All in all, I am sure that the techs there are genuinely good at their jobs, but I must have gotten a tech who was check out for the day even at 9am. I'll be taking my business elsewhere to a shop with more experienced technicians in the off-road market. I suggest anyone who has an off road specific vehicle to look elsewhere. If you have a service plan with them, then use them until it runs out and then look elsewhere.

I came in for an alignment for my 2017 Prius. This is the second vehicle I have purchased from this dealership. I have always had very positive experiences when I buy parts or get my car serviced by Automation, and it was the same exceptional experience again this time. The service staff, both behind the desk and out front moving cars, are super friendly, very helpful, and very efficient. Generally I wait for my car to be serviced and thus get to enjoy the quiet waiting area with the comfy seating. So relaxing to sit and read as you wait for your car. The wait times are always reasonable and I generally get my car back well within the time quoted. This dealership should be the model for all dealerships in how they treat their customers so beautifully and how they conduct business with courtesy and friendliness.

I had a great experience here buying a 2022 Toyota Tacoma SR! The salesman I was in contact with was Jonathan Milbourn. Very nice and helpful guy. He helped me reserve a Tacoma after only 1 week of trying to find one that fit my specifications! The sales manager, Louis, also helped out with the deal. When I went in to close the deal once the Tacoma arrived, I came in with a check with a really low APR from a credit union. I wanted them to just take the check I brought instead of running my credit again. The APR given by the credit union was obviously too low for them to match and I told them this. But I think it may be their policy to check if they can match the APR regardless of how low it is. I only minded it because it added on time to the visit and I really wanted to drive the truck home! Once I got to finalizing the financing with Tom, it was smooth sailing from there. Tom is hilarious and I could tell he’s a good guy. On a side note, to anyone reading this who puts down large down payments, make sure your bank is expecting a large withdrawal of money! Overall, very positive experience. Would do it again!

In 2019 I purchased a new Avalon from them and I also purchased a service warranty that included appearance protection, Toyota auto care and Vehicle protection care which was almost $5,000. Unfortunately, with COVID I have only put 8,410 miles on the car. When I drove my car in for an oil change and tire rotation on Monday, May 2, 2022, the service department said I didn’t have enough time or mileage to qualify for the service. My argument was the tires and oil had deteriorated even if the car have been sitting in the garage. They did rotate the tires and their invoice stated “Tire Close To Replacement”. I always thought tires lasted more than 8,410 miles. The service warranty expires on 8/03/2024. According to my record keeping, I have had check-ups on January 14, 2020, July 10,2020, January 25,2021 and July, 23,2021. Now I have been informed that I only have one Check-Up left. I was not aware that I contracted for a maximum of 5 Check-Ups that I paid $5,000 for the package deal. WOW that was an expensive purchase. My lesson that I learned was do NOT purchase a service agreement when I purchase my next car at another dealership. .

No pressure service for your Toyota. They will suggest maintenance based on findings from their complementary multi-point inspection but you can always say “not at this time.” To anything other than what you brought your vehicle in for to service. Next time I go in I will skip the wash afterwards. I could do a better job blind-folded. Otherwise a solid dealership service experience.

This is regarding their Service Department, which which we feel is the Best in the Area. They handle the huge number of Customers expertly, more importantly, you can trust their work. We work with Kristin Lewis in the Service Department. She communicates clearly, and is very responsive to emails and phone calls. They have a very large waiting area, that is very comfortable. Lindsey, their Cashier, is efficient, pleasant. Because of her Desk placement, she has to field many questions, and not all customers are nice, but she handles them beautifully. The Outside team that accepts and moved the Cars, are also welcoming and efficient. I do not know the Manager of this Facility, but he should know how well his staff performs.

I did my research on the car so came in for a test drive but during the drive he didn't talk much only talked when I asked a question. When I asked about the car he just read from the flyer. The sales managers and finance manager came out to greet me during the processing. I already had a pre-approval from my bank but they insisted to run their own loan. That also checked my credit where they promised it would not. After the sale, I guess they don't care, I reached out for minor questions and support but no one responded.

I was pleased with the quick and thorough service I received. However, I was shocked at the huge cost I incurred for replacing and programing my two key fobs, approximately $850.00. They both died at the same time. This struck me as odd. I don't know your costs so it is hard to be critical of what I paid.

Had an appt for an oil change at a discount due to a coupon. Took four different people just to get checked in as each employee at the desk either tried to avoid looking at you or got up and walked away if you got too close to their section of the desk. Took about 40 minutes just to check in. Finally, the guy who did check me in didn’t believe the coupon and had no idea what I was referring to. He made me show him the email, which makes sense, but talked to me as if I was trying to scam him into some discounted rate. After waiting for 2.5 hours and seeing someone walk in with my keys, I went up to the desk and asked if there was an update since I had seen my keys come in. The guy then said I had been done for 15 minutes and finally helped me get the receipt. Spent 2.5 hours there for an oil change scheduled by appointment. Overall poor experience and very poor customer service.

Quality job done, but DON'T WAIT for it to get done. Appointments seem to get you no priority. I have "free" service for 2 years of ToyotaCare on my 2020 Tacoma. A simple 5K mileage oil change and check took 3 hours when I had a first thing appointment on a Saturday. My service advisor said "You shouldn't have service done on a Saturday." So, I brought it in for a Tuesday morning appointment and it "only" took over 2 hours. The first time, they washed the truck, but the second time they didn't even do that, perhaps because of the weather. I would have been there longer, but I took a phone call outside and saw that my truck was parked. I went to my service advisor who was literally juggling at least 6 service tickets and eventually found mine for me. I am thankful that my ToyotaCare "free" service period is over, because I can't afford the TIME that it takes to make use of the "free" service. This is the closest Toyota dealer to me, but at almost a half hour away, dropping the vehicle off is not convenient. Update 3/23/22: Following this review, the service manager reached out to me. "won't happen again", "anything I can do", etc. I agreed to call him before bringing my vehicle in the next time. Yesterday, it was my wife's 2021 HIghlander that was due for free service. I found the weekday morning that based on appointment availability was the least crowded. I called him and left a message, but went ahead and scheduled. He called back and he said that day would be fine, and to ask for him when I checked in. I arrived 15 minutes early for my 7:00 appointment. Was second in line. Doors opened at 7:00 or 7:01. I was third in line at the counter when they were finally ready to start checking people in. My check-in started at 7:21. My check-in was complete at 7:28. Part of it was apparently trouble with their computers, but one of their only two service representatives strolled in well after 7:00 and did not start helping customers until later. Brian (my CSR) was helpful. He was able to explain that while a the carwash is included in the standard service, it is only done when it is not too cold out, the carwash is working and the vehicle is not excessively muddy. He estimated "an hour and a half" and he was fairly close. I mentioned to Brian that the service manager (by name) wanted to speak to me, but he wasn't in his office yet. I asked Brian to let him know that I was in, but he never came to speak to me. I went over to the counter at a couple minutes before 9 when I saw that my car had come down, but it was after 9:00 by the time I was checked out. My advice to AutoNation Toyota Leesburg is as follows: 1) If you aren't going to honor appointments, and service appointments before walk-ins, don't take appointments. 2) Have someone fix your computer problems, which seem to be recurring, and are causing frustration for your staff and customers. 3) Increase the early morning staffing of your customer service desk and/or insist that your staff be in the office so that they can start on time. My advice to customers is "don't waste your time waiting around". Find a way that works to drop your vehicle off, unless you want to wait 2-3 hours for a basic service. I hadn't asked for special treatment, but the service manager suggested on the phone that I would get it. I called the service manager in advance of my appointment. I mentioned the service manager in the notes on my appointment. I mentioned it to Brian who checked me in. Nothing changed. I will most likely be looking for a different Toyota dealership to provide future servicing. The good news about being 30 minutes from the closest dealership is that I have other dealerships 39 and 44 minutes away in other directions. Thankfully, my ToyotaCare service is honored at any Toyota dealer.

I visited Auto Nation Toyota in Leesburg Virginia on Friday 19, 2022 and I was totally disappointed. I called last week to make an appointment for an oil change and the recall for my 2018 Toyota Camry. The lady told me that she only can make the oil change appointment and the recall issue someone can call me and setup the appointment for me. So, I decide to wait for the call and make the two services together. Toyota representative called me for the recall and he set up the appointment for the oil change and the recall. Today at the dealer the customer service attendant told me that the oil change can be done and not the recall, he also added that the parts could take from three to six month to reach the dealer. I was really disappointed and decided to do just the oil change. Honestly taking few hours from work is not an easy thing and going back for another appointment is not really fun at all. I went to the service manager Mr. Admir Dzaferagic and explained the situation to him and he just said sorry for what happened. Few minutes later he asked me if I want to do a complementary state inspection for the car. I told him that my car need tires and I can't do the inspection before replacing my old tires. After I left the dealer and had a few minutes I inspected the car and looked at my bill. I found that the windshield fluid is empty and the oil break is low. I called the Toyota service and asked them concerning the multi point check with the oil change the lady told me "let me check" then transferred me to someone who heard me; then he hang-up the phone. I called again and asked the same question to the service lady, she transferred me to a voice mail, I didn't leave a message. Today also they didn't offer me a car wash. Upon checking my bill I found out that: INVOICE # 507059 1. Its written that: Customer requested to have multi point check. That never happened since I knew for a fact that the multi point comes with the service. 2. Declined tire replacement and wheel align I specifically told the representative that I will look for an affordable wheels. And basically if I am not replacing my wheels at the dealer there's NO alignment should be done. But I believe they wrote that I declined the alignment to aggravate the situation even though it's just a common sense. 3. They wrote: Declined 40K service. The representative never talked to me or suggest that to me 4. Last but not least on my bill they tampered with my email address that's why I didn't receive a follow up email survey as it used to before. Even-though I received an email confirming my scheduled appointment for this service ***************** Honesty should be practiced more often*******************

He also followed up to see if we had any additional questions after we got it home. Bought a used car that was not a Toyota and traded in our old. I'll start with the bad: - The car was filthy. It had stuff splashed on the ceiling, it had old food and a pacifier in the doors, it even had a parking pass for a nursing home on the dash. Clearly they went through zero effort in cleaning it. We asked them to clean it "again" before we drove away with it, but it was pretty much just as dirty after that. - We had to sign the paperwork 3 times before we could drive away because they kept on mistyping our address. - After we drove away, they informed us that we had to get window tinting removed in order for them to complete the registration. None of this was discussed before we signed. Fortunately, the car didn't have window tinting to remove anyways, but the confusion definitely added stress to our experience. But the good news is: - We bought the car we wanted at $5k below KBB price. - We traded in our old car slightly above KBB price. - No pressure tactics, no "what would it take for you to drive this away today" type questions, no "let me talk with my boss and see what kind of deal I can get you" games. They gave a low, non-negotiable price and it was take it or leave it. (The trade-in was negotiable, but it was overall a pleasant process and we feel like we got a good deal, especially accounting for the taxes we saved on our purchase.) Overall, my impression of this dealership was that they were simply trying to push metal off the lot as quickly as possible without any regard for efficiency, quality, salesmanship, or negotiation tactics. There are good things and bad things about that, but all things considered, I feel like their laziness resulted in a good deal for us. If you want a salesman to massage your ego until you pay too much for a squeaky clean car, this is not the place for you. If you know what you want and you're willing to put up with a bit of sloppiness in order to save a nice chunk of money, I recommend you give this place a shot.

Ok, I will probably go to management on this because I don't know my 1st Gen Tacoma was serviced right or not. I replaced two parts due to the local autoparts having ODBC reader. MAF and ICV and in doing that I read that could be vacuum leak. Replaced all the vac hoses and replaced fuel filter. And it went back to running rough. So I took to AutoNation in Leesburg. They looked at it and came back with an almost $2k repair cost of: replace MAF, throttle body and ICV. Well I looked into ICV is included with throttle body, the MAF was Hitachi so they wanted to swap that out as not Toyota. They also saw I forgot to connect MAF...my bad don't know how I missed it. I picked up the truck unrepaired and guess what? No rough idle ran fine did have check eng but probably not reset not enough miles for that. So Now I have a working truck no issues and check eng went out after pulling batt cable and reconnect... Not sure if they have a bad tech or they are just fluffing profits. FYI, they wanted $700 for throttle body another Toya dealer sell for $365 with ICV... they would not match the price. So what do you think of this? This may just be inexperience or but I do know some things about repair and the web is a great place also to make sure "You Don't Get Ripped Off!

I HATE making a Service Appt with a Call Ctr! I want to talk to the Dealer location that's going to do the work! When I make an Appt & told 1hr. that's what I expect! I will change to a time I can get what I want. Not to be told when I get there it will be 1 1/2 Hr. I always wait! This was only the 2nd Service on a New Car (10,000 miles) Oil change. Jiffy Lube only takes 15-20 min. Why go to a Dealer!!!!

I went there to purchase a remote and a key for my Toyota. Both the parts were ordered ahead of time. They said my wait time would be 1-1.30 hours. They made me wait 4 1/2 hours. They charged me close to $700. I paid and went to my car to leave. Neither the remote nor the key worked. The manager, Mr. Atmir Dzaseragic was very upset at his subordinate and yelled at him for not being able to convince me to stay longer to get the 2 pieces programmed. I asked for my money back. Mr. Atmir was very upset at me and extremely rude because I did not want to stay another hour on top of the 4 1/2 hours that I had already waited. They also wanted me to spend another $3500 on other unnecessary services to my vehicle. And then they offered to buy my vehicle for $2000!!! What a rip off. I will never go back to this place.

Toyota just know how to cheat people. I have experience with them. When you are buying a toyota car, do not sign anything because they have two different invoices; one is they show you but the other one is hidden which is higher price. As well as, they steal some stuff which are included from manufacture while they charge you. I'm struggling with “AutoNation“ dealer about their fraud cheating. I have documents that prove my words. Great dealership! The customer service is very good, friendly scheduler staff, service techs are well qualified… but like anybody that works for you, you have to check them and make sure they’ve done the work you wanted. I just had my car in for routine maintenance and inspections. When I got the vehicle back, the tires looked a little low and I asked the scheduler if they had checked them, and he said, “Oh yes, of course!” Well, I took the car back to the service bay and asked the service tech to check if they were properly inflated. Long story short, after telling me they were fine, I insisted that he checked them and that I watch, sure enough, all four were low, and one them was almost 6 pounds light!. So no, they didn’t do everything that was needed. It’s your car you have to check on them.

I was not initially impressed with my initial visit two years ago, however, my last two have been satisfactory. This visit, unfortunately due to my totally stupidity and carelessness, resulted in me damaging my engine oil pan during an oil change. I had the truck towed to the dealership and they were able to accommodate me and make the repair within a respectable time frame. So far, the oil mess was cleaned up and the oil pan replaced and there are no further issues associated with my stupid actions.

June 29, 2021. Sunroof wouldn't close on Toyota 4runner. Quoted need for a $2500 part and 11 hours labor. Would cost near $4000!!!! I said no thanks and found a video on YouTube. Fixed the problem by pressing a few buttons. Shame on them for preying on customers. Needless to say...STAY AWAY!!! AutoNation, please respond.

Service. The car is blowing hot air. A/C not working. Recommend a/c evacuate and recharge with dye install. Since it will charge me $350 to do that I declined because it is not covered by my extended warranty. Mr Nguyen called my insurance discussed that I can do payment for now and reimburse it later but when I talked to my insurance they said they don’t do that kind of arrangement. But if I accept that recommendation work and had issues they will do test and diagnostic again for an even bigger charge. Long story short, I go to my mechanic check it out put R134A refrigerant a/c recharge kit and it’s blowing cold air again. And it only cost me $20 for the labor. I am not satisfied also with the water run test on the clogged pillars of the sunroof they don’t do extensive examination and recommend to drive and monitor where in fact there’s a rain stain showing off on the pillars. It cost me $150 for less than an hour service work. Sorry but that’s my experience.

I brought my car in for the first service appt and state inspection. it passed inspection, but I forgot to tell my advisor, Tim Nguyen, that the windshield wiper on the passenger side was coming off the bracket in the middle and wasn't going a good job of wiping the window. I remembered to tell him when I was signing the paperwork and he said he could fix it himself, and he went outside to my car and did! Thanks, Tim!

My husband scheduled his service for his RAV4, which we had bought from AutoNation over a year ago. When he arrived, they took the car and advised they would call him when it was ready. After about two and a half hours, he noticed that everyone else who had brought their cars in at the same time were leaving and he decided to look around. When he saw his car out in the parking lot he asked if it was ready, the advisor said no and would be back in a minute, never returned. After waiting another 5 or 10 minutes he went up to the same person, asked again if the car was ready. The man said he would ask his service advisor, my husband stated I thought you WERE my service advisor! This guy then stated his scheduled service advisor was not in yet and that he had told my husband this when he brought the car in first thing, arguing with him. My husband then asked the man at register if he had his keys, that person said he did not and advised they would get his service advisor, to which my husband replied that he hoped it was not the person he had been arguing with. The man at the register then checked with the actual service advisor, got the keys and told my husband to wait for the service advisor to go over the paperwork. As it had now been over 3 hours, my husband demanded the keys and informed them if he hadn’t bought this car from him, he wouldn’t have come here for service and finally left. We have purchased two cars from this dealership and are now reluctant to do so ever again, much less bring our cars in for service!

My RAV needed a low pressure fuel pump replaced per Toyota recall. The RAV also needed a front transfer case electro magnet replaced because of a groaning sound it was frequently making. Leesburg Toyota accepted the car for repair, gave me a loaner and repaired the car in about four days. The repairs appear to be properly done and the car is running like new. I realistically could not ask more from a dealership or repair shop. Well done.

This company is not military friendly. Due to a company policy, they would not take a copy of a power of attorney, even though it's authorized under Virginia law. Similar to other customers, I was told a car was available, then it wasn't, then it was again. They were unresponsive and unwilling to help a deployed service member. They made it clear they didn't want business unless it was convenient for them. They have no loyalty to their customers and even admitted that they would sell the car to anyone that came in, even if I were on my way. 0/10 I do not recommend that anyone shop with them.

10/10 do not recommend coming to this dealership! Mom had an appointment and when we got here no one wanted to help! We drove about 40-50 minutes to get here to look at a car she had been messaging with someone about. Who else hates when a dealership over promises?! Only one guy helped and seemed to care what mom wanted!!! This was AFTER she got handed off from two sales people. 10/10 bad customer service and I would know since I am a customer service representative!! Will not buy here and will tell everyone else not to either! Not worth the drive, just a waste of gas!

March 24, 2021 AutoNation is a business that works as “ONE NATION”. Afroze Khan is a friendly non-aggressive Sales Manager that greets everyone with “How can I help you?” He listened to my needs and introduced me to Sales Associate, Michael Conway, who had a very caring heart and paid attention to my physical needs as well as my choice of a car. He didn’t try to over-sell for the sake of getting money, but tried to diligently listen to my list of needs. I needed automatic seat adjustment, a headrest that didn’t push my head forward in an unnatural fashion, color, cost was important, etc. I came into AutoNation several times because the car I liked one day was sold the next day and I would have to start looking all over again. I was happy that business had picked up for them so didn’t mind looking again, however one morning, I came in and Michael found a car that I liked, however it had to be ordered from another lot and I had made an appointment with CarMax. It is always important to try to keep appointments that one makes-- so it was explained that a second opinion was always important. CarMax was friendly but they were short inventory and this was the day for me to make a decision to buy a car. Julie Kind, assistant to the court Guardian, had joined me in helping to assist in buying a car. We returned to AutoNation. Michael Conway was on a company errand, but remember AutoNation works as “ONE NATION” and Gene Winfree, Acquisition Specialist, pitched in to cover the needed duties for his friend Michael Conway. Afroze Khan worked with the pricing discounts, which can apply to new cars only, and most of the paperwork that needed to be completed for the Court appointed Conservator to write a check for a fair price required to purchase the car. It is not an easy job because all parties had to be in agreement because of the Loudoun County Court appointee regulations. You see my children have tried to make me appear incapacitated about the fact that I cannot make decisions on my own. SURPRISE! I know a wonderful ethical company when I see one and I am aware that AutoNation employees are there to help you from the time you step inside their door (even if you come many times) to try to find the desired car of your choice. They “AUTO-MATICALLY work as ONE NATION and every single person is glad to help you again and again! I highly recommend that you ask for Afroze Khan, Michael Conway or Gene Winfree however, if they are busy, there are others that seem to be just as helpful. AutoNation is a company that sells cars however they want the customers to be happy with their purchase. A satisfied customer is valuable because that customer remembers a company that stands for truth and guarantees their product and they will return and know when they walk in and hear Afroze Khan greet them with “Welcome back! I scheduled a test drive and as I'm getting ready to leave (an hour drive) I get a call "so we have you set up to test drive this car at 4, see you then...oh wait, it was just sold but I have x y and z vehicles..." bait and switch. it's a scam. I was very dissatisfied and didn't expect this from such a "reputable" location. I would steer clear, its been hours and the car is still online as available.

Mr Admir is a valuable asset to this dealership. I went to have my windshield wiper blades that were stuck on the upright position checked out. i wanted to see if this is covered under warranty since I bought the car new at a Toyota Dealership. This is when I happened to run into Tim and his coworker Dave. I waited while Tim was acting busy and another customer came along too. So when Tim was done with whatever he was doing, he decided to ask David to take care of the other customer who came after me. Yes David left me there standing and took care of the other customer. Then it was my turn, I ws very upset at their tiotal disregard for customer service but I maintained my composure. Tim quickly told me that this is not going to be taken care of under warranty and rudely return inside the dealership and I was just standing there wondering what I must have done to this guy. I returned and ask for his manager and Tim again rudely retorted that he is the manager so I better deal with him. I told him He is not the owner of the dealership and I know he has a boss and I want to speak to his boss. He pointed to Admir's card and told me to call that number. I called Admir the next day and he calmed me down and asked me to bring my car so that he can check it out. I did and not only did ADMIR have my car checked out but they also fix my windshield wiper baldes for free. So that you to My Admir and shame on you Tim and Dave. Admir you are a valuable team member to auto nation and thank you for assiting me.

Very disappointed in my attempt to use a coupon. I was sent a 5K maintenance coupon (oil/filer, tire rotation) for $29.95. I wanted to use it. This coupon said synthetic oil and more than 5 quarts may cost more. My truck uses 6 quarts of synthetic. So I asked how much more would it cost. After a few unproductive calls, I finally got a quote of $70. really? Yep. More than double the coupon quote. And $70 is really just the normal price for an oil change. In hindsight, this really wasn't a coupon...it was a bait and switch.

I purchased through Costco buyer service. I always thought that the vehicle should be available on the lot. It wasn't. I was told that "it is on its way." Turns out "on its way" must be anywhere from the assembly line to a transport truck. It took 40 days to deliver it. Every time I called about it I was given a new delivery window. The buying process included the dreaded high pressure sales pitch for extended warranty. I did not want it and did not buy the warranty.

People at service center are very very irresponsible. My car had battery problem and towed in. No one cared for the car and they ditched at the parking lot unattended. When I called hours later to check, no one knew what was going on. I finally just walked in, they kept nudging each hours that it was nobody?s fault. Simply no communication, no responsible for the customer car. Very rude too!

Took my Tundra in for service and had two issues I needed addressed outside the routine maintenance. The service person discounted the issues and didn?t take the time to work on them for me. One was a passenger seat issue and the other was a rear brake issue. He let me know everything was fine but the issues still persist.

Nazir is the reason I bought another Camry. I was thinking of buying a small SUV, but his help in finding the right one changed my mind. Also, his pleasant manner and great great patience with helping me understand all the new technologhy contributed to my decision. But, for him I would be driving a different car. Of course I love the car so far and will give another review in 10 years. My old Camry is 22 years old and still going strong. A great car.

Scheduled appointment to resolve two factory recall issues. Left the truck for the day and had the shuttle van take me home. Picked the truck up after work . So far, so good. The checkout was easy, plus no cost to me; however, the statement claimed to include a truck wash (I live off a gravel road and it would have been a nice surprise to have a clean truck ). My truck was dusty and hadn't seen a drop of water. Too bad and so much for false claims.

The recommended service repairs were extreme and costly for the vehicle?s mileage. After having the vehicle checked at a different service provider , none of the recommended service was immediately needed. The dealership is not honest and appears more focused on profit and not customer service. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone.

My car gave out a few days ago. It's a 2006 Prius with over 200,000 miles on it. The battery simply stopped working -- I barely got it into Toyota. The prognosis: bad, a repair costing more than the blue book. A new battery and a couple other things. But I love the car (otherwise in good condition per Service's meticulous exam. Surprise! The fellow who removed the battery found two bad cables attaching to it from below, replaced them, and my battery was fine. And the repair cost about 25% of the estimate! Whew!

I received a recall notice on my Prius - of course, that was no charge and the staff there is fast, efficient and I have no problems with the quality of their work. Mid afternoon they call me, say they noticed both lights above my licence plate were out .. would cost me $40 to replace. I told them HELL NO! watched a 90-second DIY video on YouTube, went to the local Auto Supply store and bought 2 bulbs for $7! Don't let them gauge you on stupid-easy fixes.

After I had purchased the Car I had asked for my car to be detailed again, it was noted on the service fees as being done but it was clear that it hadn't been. The inside door handles were sticky, there was julls in the center consult as well as rubber earbuds from the previous owner. I waiting over 3 hours for this process to be completed and it still wasn't done correctly, or at all. (I was there at 10am and finally left at 4pm) Also, the Windshield wipers did not work at all, after asking those to be replaced before I bought the car, when I got home I noticed that they had not been replaced. The salesman was great and so was the finance person but the people working in the shop are doing a horrible job. I just bought a car and spend a tremendous amount of money the least they could do is not lie to me and clean the car like it's their job.

Needed repair of the car's air conditioning. Over the next 6 days, while AutoNation held the car, service advisor Pete Covert was terrible at communicating with this customer (a customer who has bought three cars and leased a fourth from Leesburg AutoNation over the past 12 years). I had no idea what was going on unless I called in (Peter called me once - 4 days in). I had to make a call every day to AutoNation, twice leaving a voicemail on Peter's line (neither of which was returned). Every day the completion of the job was pushed out. When I elevated the issue to the woman (Lindsay) who answered the Service line on the 6th day, she asked me to give Peter one more hour, and if he didn't contact me, she told me to call her back (provided me with her direct line) and she would get a manager involved. He didn't, so I called, but the other woman that answered the Service line (Margie) said that Lindsay wanted to let me know that Peter would have the car done in 20 minutes. Finally, Peter called me, and told me it was done (nonchalantly, with no apologies or even an acknowledgment of the delayed service or his lack of communications; as if I had been waiting only an hour rather than almost a week). To his credit, when I asked for a discount due to how long I had to wait, he did apply one to the total bill. When I went to pick up the car, I had a little chat with the Service Manager who was on duty, who laughed and told me that my car is a legend now. When I asked what he meant, he told me that there were lots of problems with the repair, including ordering the wrong part and having to return it, adding to the time the car was in the shop. I would have much rather had Peter call me and tell me a mistake was made than to keep me in the dark and wondering what was going on.

I hope if there is a way not to give a star. This dealership provides the worst service ever. It started when I first bought my car with them. They don't know how to deal with the customer to own their business. They make me bring a car more than one time to complete one service or actually to correct what they missed up in my car. Last time their staff opened my car's door very hard and hit it to create an obvious dent in the middle of the door. They fixed it for me of course but they didn't compensate me on what they did other than free service. They didn't even wash or clean from inside out after they finish fix and paint the door. I had to clean it myself there and sensitize it because of COVID-19.

My wife and I have depended on Toyota /Auto Nation in Leesburg VA to take care of our vehicles for many years. They have never let us down. We have owned a variety of Toyota vehicles, the latest is a Prius V that we fell in love with and still love just as much three years later. We have never had a single thing go wrong with their service. In addition to the great service for the Prius V, we have great respect and enjoyment for the interactions we have had with the employees who make up the Leesburg family. In addition, the waiting area is great and the ability to just sit in a comfortable place where we can rest, read, or watch TV if we choose to stay with the Prius is a wonderful plus. Poor excuse for not fixing door rattle on brand new car. Was told the heat from the sun probably caused the rattle! Really? It's a brand new car; six months old. There should be no rattle in a new car. They were very busy and feel they didn't want take the effort to examine the inside of the door panel or window to see the cause. I was told to wait for a possible recall. It did not rattle when I bought it but it developed a rattle at higher speeds and is getting worse. Lame excuse in my opinion . Perhaps another dealer is the answer for future service and purchases.

Early one morning, I discovered a nail had punctured my 5-month-old tire and I had a slow leak (down to about 10-15 PSI remaining). Desperate to find a shop that could repair the tire, I took it to Leesburg Toyota and threw myself on the mercy of the Service Manager. Despite many previously scheduled appointments, he was able to squeeze me into his jammed schedule and, less than two hours later, I drove away with a repaired tire. Thank you! I reached out to Toyota AutoNation Leesburg, Va to make an appointment for a tire alignment for my wife's 2007 Toyota Avalon. The appointment was slated for 13 Mar at 1730hrs. As I approached the appt time, I contacted their service department and asked if I could also include an oil change along with the tire alignment. The service person (Lisa) informed me that I did not have an appt. although I had zero doubt that an appt had been made. My wife sent me the appointment confirmation that she'd received via email, but the service person insisted I had no appt and went on to say "what do you want me to do" in an almost condescending tone. I left a message for the service manager expressing my concerns, but as of this posting still have not heard from him. I was finally transferred to a young lady who was very willing to assist and was willing to honor our appt. Unfortunately, I cannot remember her name, but my wife and I are grateful she stepped in to assist. It is concerning that the initial service person would not honor our email confirmation and denied ever speaking with me. We are happy that the work was ultimately completed, but hope this wont be the continued treatment moving forward.

Overall, the car buying process using the Costco Auto Program and AutoNation was great. The one thing that I am extremely unhappy about was that while AutoNation was trying to find the best rate they can for me (I did not end up financing with/through them), they or their affiliated lenders (a lot of them) all ran my credit, separately. I don't mind one, but FOUR different lenders ran my credit. This, I did not like at all.

Full disclosure, I was not the customer, my son was. He brought his car in to have the tires rotated. Simple enough. During the time the car was at the dealer, my sons roof rack was removed and replaced. I am assuming the removal was done to wash the car per a courtesy extended to customers, however, my son asked to NOT have the car washed. In the process of the R&R, paint damage occurred. The issue was brought to the attention of the Service Manager (Larry), but no resolution came from the attempts to resolve the error. Larry indicated video footage was available and would be reviewed "on Monday" (the service took place on a Friday, iirc). The claim was made that the video was not recording during my sons visit, so there is no proof the dealer damaged my sons car. Larry's handling of this situation was less than professional. I would not recommend this store simply by the attitude expressed by Larry. At a minimum, with the evidence for both my sons and the dealers position being minimal, I would have expected the minor service of tire rotation to offered as an olive branch of sorts, but instead we get a service manager contentiously stating "you are not my customer, our conversation is over ... " (and yes I have that recorded). Absolutely the worst display of customer service I have experienced. Was I perfect on the phone? ... likely not ... however, his job is to resolve -- not escalate.

Not to the standards I'm use to at AutoNation. Scheduled an appoint for a 15K service on my 2019 Tundra a week in advance. Checked in and was told it should "take 1 1/2 hours tops" by the front desk gentleman. After 2 hours I asked if there was an issue with the truck because of the delay. He checked on the status and said the truck will be ready soon. A district manager had an all hands meetings and delayed the service. Poor planning on the manager's part if this was an accurate excuse. When my truck was completed after another ten minutes it had not been washed and the mechanics paper mat and seat cover were still in the truck. I understand this was a compliment service but I was frustrated with the level of service. I have use Leesburg Toyota since my first 4-Runner purchased in 2000.

I have purchased several vehicles over the years from Leesburg Toyota. Brought friend to Leesburg Toyota on Monday Jan 20. She intended to purchase a new Toyota that day. The sales staff did not listen to our needs, on two occasions brought vehicles up to drive that we specifically said we were not interested in and when a sales manager became involved, he was rude and condescending. He was also not truthful.

To be fair my experience was mixed. I felt Nazir was a good salesman, not pushy. Jake in finance had great follow up and Scott in service was very helpful with some questions that I had. Bill however nearly killed the deal and made me want to walk out. Everything was going smoothly and had he stayed out of it, I would give them a 5star review. Bill is everything that people HATE about the car buying experience. High pressure, self serving and less than truthful conversations. If you don’t have to deal with Bill, you will be better off.

I purchased a Corolla iM from here last year in January and my experience was pleasant. Much better than what I've read about other dealerships from various posts. This time around, it was a hassle that everyone wants to avoid. I contacted the dealership about a 2019 RAV4 and was put in contact with Nathan Burgette. I attempted to ask questions or express concerns for more details and tried calling him to see what the price would be for the Thanksgiving weekend. He did not answer the concerns and stopped replying completely. When I checked the website, at a later time, the vehicle was no longer available. He did not mention that to me. When I contacted the dealer for a new quote on a different car, I got Nathan Burgette again. I asked if I could speak to someone else, because I didn't appreciate his lack of help. He sent one word... "unsubscribe". It was completely unprofessional and uncalled for, since he didn't provide any help the first time around. It offsets my pleasant interaction last time and makes me think I got lucky last time.

Everyone we dealt with there treated us with kindness... and not at all the fake, pressure filled type of behavior I had previously come to expect from car salesmen/salespeople. As I observed how the employees interacted with each other, it was very positive ~ in a *real* way. ...So refreshing. It's a relaxed atmosphere, while also being a place where the employees are totally "on their toes" doing their jobs ~ with both intelligence and the right kind of drive... The kind that is there for the customers' benefit... and not a drive to just run the customers over with a big smile in pursuit of their own personal benefit. Leesburg Toyota probably has the worse service department in the area. Having to wait for 4 hours to get multi-point inspection is way too long. Then going after service manager to finish paperwork despite car being ready outside. This was my first service after new purchase and free of charge so I guess there was no commission or money to be made.

I had the most pleasant experience purchasing my new Toyota with AutoNation in Leesburg, VA. From no-haggle internet pricing, which you can compare immediately with other dealers, to appointments for test driving, and final purchase. They will explain the pricing with respect to all incentives from the manufacturer and dealer. They also give you good trade-in value, very comparable to online estimates. The best episode of this experience is with the two people I dealt with, Keon for sales, and Temor for paperwork. They have very pleasant personalities and will be honest with you as a buyer, with no forced sales. They explain everything to you and you can make intelligent decisions. I am looking forward to an equally satisfying experience with AutoNation during servicing of my new car.

I visited the dealer this past Monday 11/11/19 at 10 AM asked for service for an oil change, service attendant ask do you have apt I answered no, He pass me to a lady at end of counter she ignored me same as the first one that said he was too busy ?? there was only one person after me,,,??? At this point I walked to the right to talk to Service Manager that was busy with other client. so finally a fellow second to the last one next to service manager ask me what i needed for my car he was more professional than the two others. So it takes three contacts to get an oil change,this is really Bad service, I can't think if I have a major breakdown on my car I have to beg for service at the counter.

Everything went great with the exception of having no shuttle service on Saturday despite the fact I was told that would not be a problem the day of service. I was 10 min from the dealership and they did not offer to pick me up, I had to Uber to the dealership to pick up my truck.

Previously took my truck for oil changes and other services- same story... I audition, mechanic didn’t tie properly or damaged the oil plug on the oil pan - oil started leaking. My service writer was Peter Covert. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. Clearly explained what was to be done and gave me an estimate that was to my surprise higher than actual bill. I took my car in for several things including repair to my cabin fan. Turns out they did not need to repair my cabin fan, a plastic bag was found in the fan housing (which was making noise), so Peter reduced the charge since no repair was required. I was pleasantly surprised with his eagerness to explain what was done and even showed me pictures to clarify what was found.

They were very willing to negotiate and provide a good price on the new car with the Labor Sale going on, and, surprisingly, they also gave me a good value on my trade-in. I did not expect both. The sales associate and the sales manager (just there filling in on the weekend) were both very friendly and helpful and a pleasure to work with. This was easily the best purchase experience I've ever had (and I've purchased over a dozen vehicles of a variety of makes/models).

I stopped in a month ago talking to a salesman about the safety features with the RAV4. No pressure and just informative. Last week he called back asking if I was considering buying. I said yes and he was going out of town and told me to use his associate. Friday I took a RAV4 LE test drive with the associate and we just talked about the safety features especially blind spot monitoring. The blind spot monitoring was an additional feature with the LE. When he was getting ready to write me up a price, the associate found my #1 color on a RAV4 LE at CASCOs display. So we used that car. We agreed on the price and since I was not trading a car in, I would be back the next day. When driving home the blind spot monitoring was not working. When I got home I checked the settings and realized that I purchased a car without the #1 safety feature I wanted!!! I called the salesman and he said to come back in. He could swap the car I just purchased for a car in a different color for a front wheel drive RAV4 LE vehicle that I preferred, or pay for my #1 color with all wheel drive. I decided to do that. The ten year sales veteran handled the change smoothly. And he threw in the upgraded floor mats too!

I had an excellent buying experience! After being through a bad experience at another dealership, I found the same 4 runner at this dealership. I scheduled an appointment with Kevin, he met me in the parking lot with the truck when I arrived, no pressure to trade my current 4 runner, no mark up on the price, no pressure to use their financing. I didn’t feel like I was being taken advantage of or lied to. The whole process took an hour and half. I couldn’t be happier with my new truck or the experience I had there. Go see Kevin Foley!

He didn't push their financing on me or pressure me to trade my vehicle there. First walk in was not pleasurable. Working with new sales man I was told to sit in the chair and answer questions before I could test drive a car. It took about 30 minute before I could finally see and drive a car. Bill, the sales manager was polite and it may have been the new sales person that caused the delay issues. Upon returning the second time the sales manager Afroze was great and the salesman Patrice has been excellent. I would give them 5 stars. Aside from the walk in experience the only other negatives were the time it takes for the business manager to wrap up everything and get you out the door - about 2 hours. Although he was very professional and helpful. Also the time it takes to get extra protection accessories like side molding , PPF, etc and get it installed takes too long. It has been 2 weeks since I purchased the car and I still don't have everything installed.

Both sales and service are the best. Not only do they beat larger dealer's prices, but the sales people are great to work with. I'll go back to Bryant again for my next Toyota. I've always been pleased with the Service Dept. as well. They really look out for safety, and they give me confidence that they a real pros at what they do. Morven has been wonderful and so helpful to work with. The only thing that could improve is the people that answer the phones are sometimes short, as I'm sure it's very busy in there, but they need to be a little nicer to the callers (we are your customers). Once you are there, though, everyone is great. Highly recommend.

We drove over 3 hours each way to get the trim package and color I wanted without having to pay extra for a package I did not want to pay for. I made an appointment to complete the transaction but wanted to make sure we agreed on what the out-the-door cost would be. It took over a day of persistence to get the information from my salesperson and his manager and some of it was incorrect such as what line items are subject to tax. The salesperson only seemed interested in me keeping my appointment and not providing the information I needed to feel confident that I wasn't going to be surprised with any extra fees once I got there. We did not leave home until we had agreed on the out-the-door cost which was later than we needed to leave to arrive on time. Our salesperson contacted us several times on the way to ask our ETA and if we could somehow get there sooner. When we met with the finance manager, it was clear that there was a lack of communication between her and the salesperson. She wasn't informed that we were financing or that it was an out-of-state registration. Then as we were going through the paperwork, her out-the-door cost was higher than what I was expecting. When I showed her the breakdown that I had calculated and to which the salesperson agreed, she stated that what the salesperson provides is only an estimate. After explaining the painstaking effort I made with the salesperson, she adjusted the pricing to get it as close to the number I had agreed to. Bottom line is that the deal I got was still so much better than my local dealers that it was worth making the long trek. And I would buy from AutoNation again (except I'd work directly with the finance manager before driving over 3 hours)

Had a frustrating experience to purchase a used vehicle. Usually people complain because used car sales are relentless and call constantly. I have to say I had the exact opposite situation. I was interested in a car and did not receive one phone call, I had to keep calling for status. The process took about 3 weeks from when the car was posted on the website to when we purchased it. There were a number of delays in the mechanic and body shop but no one called to give an update. Even the day the car was available we found it back on the website - no phone call. Then the car purchase was painful, it took over 3 hours even though we were paying cash. To add insult to injury we called after the purchase to inquire about something and did not get a call back.

I spent 6 hours at this dealership after already having worked out the price beforehand. They were short staffed the day after a holiday which is a serious professional mistake. 2.5 of those hours were spent waiting in line to talk to finance. One would assume that a dealership would know when the busy times are and schedule their staff according. I ended up being extremely late to a family function because of this. The only reason why I still bought from here is because their salesman, Jorge, was a huge help to me.

My first mistake was buying a used BMW from a Toyota dealer. My second was bringing the BMW to the Toyota dealer 90 days after I purchased it, as they requested. So, I brought it in on April 2nd. When I left, they recommended I do not bring it to them, I bring it to a shop that specializes in BMW’s. Seemed like sound advice. The end of June, I brought it to a shop that specialized in European Cars. That’s when my trouble began. I should have been warned when the second shop couldn’t get the oil drain plug off. They said the last person who changed the oil (Leesburg Toyota) seems to have used the power drill to tighten the bolt. It took them a while, but they did eventually get it off. The problem occurred when they went to rotate the tires. The last people to touch any of the tires (Leesburg Toyota) used the same power drill at full torque on the tires as well. So, $1200 later the shop was finally able to drill the log nuts off the tires. Oh, by the way, the tire and rim protection I purchased covers road hazard. Not Toyota service department hazard. Over the past 8 years or so, I have purchased 4-5 cars from them, including a then brand new 2017 Highlander. None of my cars they will ever see again, and when it is time to purchase there are other Toyota dealers in the area. No more.

He made sure my vehicle was given top notch service. The manager, Larry, was friendly and interested in my service experience. The courtesy shuttle was efficient, safe, polite, and friendly. I spoke with Linda to book my appointment and she was knowledgable and professional. I have not gone to a dealer for service in a LONG time but recently started working near AutoNation and decided to give them a try. They went above and beyond my expectations. I was at Autonation 5 times to purchase a used car. Three of the times were not good experiences. Kept waiting one hour once and one and a half hours on another occassion when I had an appointment for a specific time. They lost my license plates the last visit which was ridiculous. If you want to be treated even marginally well don?t go to Autonation Leesburg until they decide the customer does matter.

We began the search for a Hybrid Rav4 Limited in early February. Quickly found out the Ravs with the two packages we wanted were few and far between. Limited tech and limited weather. After contacting around 7 dealers I got in contact with Autonation Leesburg. The other dealers either had none that we wanted, or refused to negotiate the price and offered a very low trade in value. A salesman, Patrice Zunon-Kipre, suggested that I come in and put a deposit on one that was arriving soon, to secure the car. After emails, etc, we went to one dealer, no sale, lousy experience, we drove to Leesburg, sending Patrice Zunon-Kipre a email that we were on our way. Patrice Zunon-Kipre was wonderful, he made a appointment to meet us as we drove down, we walked in, he showed us the documents on a arriving soon Rav4, limited with the two limited packages we desired. 1 1/2 hours later the deal was done, we had a Rav4 on deposit. Got a great trade in for our car, a discount off MSRP. We left the dealer feeling good about the purchase, no haggling, good price, pleasant salesman and sales manager. Our car arrived it was as wonderful as it appeared on paper. We drove away with the car about one hour after we arrived to pick it up. I HIGHLY recommend this dealership to anybody buying a car.

I brought my car in for a recall notice. They said it would take 1 to 2 hours. Well, after 3 hours, they emailed me asking to buy my car from me, unsolicited of course. This has to be the worst dealership and car buying experience of my life. I went in pre-approved for a loan, had a price locked in through my insurance company's car buyer service and should have been able to simply; test drive, sign and drive. I have used the service 3 times previously with other dealerships and was in and out in under an hour. NOT with this place. It took nearly 3 hours to get through all their BS. They had a 90 day or 4000 mile warranty listed online and in the email the sales manager sent me. When I asked about it, I was told it was an error and they would not honor it. The sales manager was rude and not helpful at all. Next, they send out the finance gal and she tried to get me to sign a loan application. I refused and she tried to feed me some bull about Homeland Security. I quickly informed her I used to work for HLS and they don't care if I buy a car or not. She kept asking about my loan and I told her it is none of her business. When we went in to sign the paperwork, this same woman insisted on calling my insurance company to find out if I got coverage on the vehicle. She called and tried to get me to give her my pin to my account. When I refused she slammed down the phone. I informed my salesman, who was excellent, that I was going to contact the State Attorney's General office of consumer affairs to report their shady business. He went and got the GM. The GM listened to my complaint and honored the warranty, "in house." If I hadn't gotten such a great price on a wonderful Highlander, I would have been out as soon as they refused to honor the advertised warranty. I will NEVER go to this shady dealership again.

I appreciated seeing the inventory ahead of time on line and locking in a good price on the vehicle that most interested me. There was enough variety to find the style and color I was hoping for. An AutoNation sales person then thoughtfully manages the process, setting up an appointment, prepping the car for a test drive, and explaining features and services. Everyone there was friendly and alert to customers? needs. The showroom is attractive, comfortable, well maintained. Our salesman Sneldy Josselyn was a perfect fit for us. He was on time and completely available. He has a pleasant friendly manner and the ability to understand my needs and requirements. He cheerfully took time answering all my questions which bounced from one topic to another. I brought friends along and Mr Josselyn helpfully included them, addressing their questions and generally having a very pleasant and informative conversation. He made me feel at ease during the test drive which is important. Ms. Stansbury was the financial representative and she was also thorough and friendly, also well informed and responsive to my questions and preferences. All in all a professionally run business with capable friendly staff and a good selection of vehicles.

Overall, my experience with Leesburg Toyota was positive. I initially met with Patrice Zunon-Kipre and two days later closed the deal with Kevin Foley. Both salesmen were professional and well informed. The only less than positive aspect of this purchase experience was my exchange with the finance manager. To be clear it was not her personally but rather the approach to which I take exception. In fact I almost walked out. I purchased a Toyota (my second) largely owing to the reliability of the brand. And yet, in an aggressive effort to push buyers into purchasing service protection plans the finance manager effectively undermines the credibility of the salesmen and the reliability of the vehicle. She made a point to warn me of the possibility of expensive repairs "especially with a hybrid." In any event it was the salesman, Mr. Foley who was able to reassure me to complete the purchase. For what its worth I strongly encouraged you reconsider this high pressure approach.

I did not expect to drive off with a brand new car. I was involved in a car accident and my car was totaled. I went to ask about promotions so I could save up. The accident was not my fault and they valued my car lower then what I owed. I was so upset. Thank goodness for Nate and the financing team. I had my car recalled for engine valve spring on my 2013 frs. After picking it up, i had massive exhaust leak and engine oil leak. You can see a trail of oil after i drive by. Super low quality service Would not recommend to anyone. 1. To schedule the service, it took me over 5 phone calls and 3 weeks to schedule, i was told i would get a return call and it would never happen, so I had to keep calling to schedule service. But the quality of service that was done on my car was far worse. 2. Finally brought my car in for service, the drop off process was smooth. After 3 days I picked it up and started my car and I knew something was wrong. It sounded like a loud tractor, sounded like my whole exhaust was cut off. So I immediately returned and talked to my service advisor, he took me back to the shop to take a look at under the car. When the car was on the lifts, I saw the bottom of my car covered in engine oil, and oil dripping from the front tray. Took off the tray and half of the exhaust gasket is literally sticking out of the exhaust pipe, had a massive exhaust leak because of it. I literally had to point it out because the technician couldn't figure out where the noise was coming from. Also, the gasket was the old gasket because they didnt have a new one, so they reused the old rusty gasket. The recall was a major one because the engine has to be pulled out of the car and opened up. I have 0 trust in the quality of service because they missed such obvious leak. And the source of the oil leak was never found. I now think the engine will not last much longer because of the service quality at Auto Nation Toyota in Leesburg, va.

It took 5 hours to complete even though it took me only 20 minutes to make my selection. Much too long with too many trips on Ash's part to the desk with all of the White Shirt boys. If I could give this dealership no stars, I would. I brought my 2013 RAV4 in for service( the torque converter extended recall.) Scheduling the service appeared to be easy, with online booking. However, less than 12 hours before the initial appointment was scheduled I received a phone call stating that they couldn’t complete this repair on a Saturday. I rescheduled for last Tuesday. I had an appointment, listed the confirmation on the envelope. The appointment was scheduled for 815 am, but I decided to drop it off the night before. At 11 am, I was phoned by the advisor, Murray. He informed me that they had to drive the car to verify the car had the issue. At 1 pm, I got a call from the dealership offering to purchase my car, I said, no, I live that car and found it weird that they would call to buy the car before they even fixed it. At 4 pm, after I had phoned Murray two times, he called me back. They had to “order” the parts, and it was going to take 3-4 days to complete. He asked me if I could bring the car the following week, I said no because I had an appointment. I asked if a rental was available, and it was not. I made the decision to leave the service manager Frank a message. He told me he was going to make it right, and I naively believed him. Fast forward to Friday, and I got a call about an oil change and air filters, and was told that would run me $290. After I declined that, the car which has less than 60k miles on it was allegedly leaking water from the water pump and they could fix it for the bargain price if $1075. I declined and called a local non Toyota dealership and they quoted me $575. I was sent photos of my car, with the transmission off of it. They said it would be ready by the end of the day. I had to text Murray to find out what the deal was. At 6 pm I was told my car was ready for pick up. I picked it up at 8 am Saturday am. 15 minutes later, I returned the car to the dealer. Why? Now it was knocking and humming. I said, the car is most definitely not fixed. Today is Monday, and their new story is that the wheel bearing and sway bars need replacement. I put a call into to GM (Mike) and he immediately called me back and assured me he would get to the bottom of it, but it probably wouldn’t be until later in the afternoon. At 4 pm he called me to explain to me what the situation was. He allegedly talked to his master mechanic and this master assured Mike that he didn’t touch this part of my car. The repair is a major transmission repair and involves removing the engine and touching the wheel bearing, and sway bars. So now I have a car which worked perfectly fine that is broken thanks to the great master mechanics at Auto Nation.

I waited at Toyota AutoNation Leesburg while my advisor and the team performed the 10K mile Maintenance. The seating, free coffee and water in a pristine clean environment are all very nice. Free WiFi is provided and televisions are available if one’s interested. I didn’t have very long to enjoy all of this as AutoNation completed the servicing on my Toyota Highlander in just a little over an hour. Very pleased!

Purchased a car November 10 and drove it after dark for the first time on the 13. I discovered my overhead lights were not working and called Bryan (who sold me the car) the next day. I have Wednesday’s off so he said to bring it in and they would take care of it since it should have been found during inspection. When I arrived at the Service Department, it turns out the appointment was never made and I was forced to reschedule. I had plans to visit family for Thanksgiving so I made the appointment for the Wednesday following my return. The interior light needs to be completely replaced and, because of the time that has passed, I am responsible for the charges. They offered a discount but if my original appointment had been entered in the computer, it would have been a different story. I love the car and have zero issues on how I was treated during the sale, but I’m a firm believer in keeping your word. I hope the couple hundred bucks they saved was worth it.

Trade-In process was not what we expected. It wasn’t transparent about what they were doing, and when we ran out to the car to get our insurance card they advised us they drove the car around the lot and had moved it. Not an issue, just would’ve been nice to know they were going to take our car for a drive. Trade in value offered was lower than KBB value for trade in. That was a bit of a joke, however, it’s to be expected these days. Still not enjoyable. We came to look at a brand new 2019 4Runner trd pro. We were given the opportunity to take it for a drive in the lot to keep the miles low. Due to the new shocks on this year, it made it harder to really understand if it was worth opting for the more expensive 2019 or getting a 2018. This experience could be better considering the Fox shocks package on the new. The all weather mats inside were for a Lexus, not a 4Runner or a trd pro. The manager seemed to scoff a bit when I asked if they could get us the 4Runner all weather mats that belong with the package, considering it was an extra $100+ upgrade added to the price. I was told some story about how they’re made in the same factory as the Lexus, blah blah blah and had to really persist that if I was going to pay the upgrade charge on MSRP, I wanted the official mats for my make/model, not a Lexus. Finally got them thanks to our salesman continuing to ask for us. The buying process was pretty straight forward, it just took forever and could have been streamlined to be far more efficient for the buyer, and the staff. Our salesman was very nice and was very accommodating of our 9month old who was not approving of our intentions to be at a dealership instead of his play area. :) Due to the weekend hours, I was not able to call my credit union for finance. I opted to sign what they offered with the expectation that I had a week to gain my own financing or default to their offer. This was a nice option and would have allowed me to contact my credit union Monday. However, once in the finance office we were told it only saved a couple hundred dollars in interest, so no sense trying to get our own financing and taking a week to close. So the added pressure of closing then vs in a week was an obvious one. It did make me feel a little under valued as a paying customer to know my perception of saving a few hundred vs his perception of a few hundred was no where near the same. Typical finance guy, but could leave some room for improvement there. We did really like the add on options for maintenance, warranty, etc and thought it was a nice added value for the purchase we were making. Upon purchase, our salesman offered to take pictures for us next to our nice brand new 4Runner with 5 miles! It was very nice that he stayed late until we completed finance steps and walked us out to the car. A few weeks later we called up our salesman since we were in the area and he ran our 4Runner through a free quick car wash and tire shine. That was a nice perk and really showed customer service above and beyond.

Had the best experience today with Sales Manager Louis Lucas who saved the day when our Sienna wouldn’t start and our family with two sleeping babies was stuck! Mr. Lucas drove to our location (on a late Sunday afternoon when the service dept was closed) and found the simple (but odd) solution to the problem. He wouldn’t let us pay him. A true gentleman. No one greeted me when I pulled into the Service Bay. The Service Advisor was not at all knowledgeable when I asked about recommendations for new tires. Also explained a problem with the door locks and advisor did not seem interested and did not look at the car to see the problem. Asked to speak to the manager and was told he was busy and not available. I left the dealership and went to Goodyear for brakes and tires. Wow, I have been getting our cars serviced here for over 25 years and I have never been treated like this. Big disappointment, avoid this dealership for service.

I took my 2017 highlander in due to water INSIDE the vehicle. after almost 3 hours of waiting I was told they couldn't find a problem and it must be my fault. now how this can be my fault is beyond me. The water was mostly in the back of the car and I really think it is the panoramic sunroof. I was told on the phone that if initial inspection couldn't find anything then a water leak specialist would be scheduled to look further into my car. when my advisor told me nothing was found I asked when to bring it back for the water leak specialist to look at it. I was then told that they will only do that if the car leaks again! I have leather seats that are damp and visible water in the back (stupid me dried it before I brought the car in cause I was concerned of mold) my service advisor at my request touched my back when I came in so he would know it was damp. Basically I was told maybe I left the roof open (doubtful since the car tells you if it is open and the automatic cover was closed) so I wasted almost 3 hours for no resolution. I honestly think that either the drain tubes were clogged had they resolved it or they didn't look far enough because I had also mentioned I wanted the car detailed inside to get all moisture removed from inside to not mold (I was told to leave windows open as much as possible to resolve the mositure... i NEVER leave my car windows down or unlocked...is Autonation going to replace the car if something happened? doubtful since they dont care about water in my car) Now I want to be clear my service advisor was VERY nice and even noticed my car was due for service next month and went ahead and did that so I dont have to come back... I just believe that for the water problem it should be explored further but unless it happens again I guess they do nothing..

I would not have purchased this vehicle had it not been for Kevin Foley so thank you. Honestly the worst experience I have ever had at a dealership. They made a hard inquiry on my credit (which made my credit score go down 38 points!) to finance a specific van and got me approved then sold the van while I was waiting on details of the loan. They sold it last night, I was told at 4:37 they would call me back in 10 minutes and after 5:45 I sent an email follow up. That email got 3 emails asking me to come in 7:31, 7:32 & 9:26 the following day. They then called in the am and I asked again for the loan details as I did in the email and was told again they would call right back and then they called back 32 minutes later saying they had sold the van last night and they wanted to offer me a completely different van. We purchased an extended warranty for our Prius and have our service handled at Auto Nation. I always feel like the service department is just trying to make extra $$ every time I take the car in. This time it was a state inspection (even though it’s not due until next month). Foolishly believing that the inspection was covered under the warranty, and not completely understanding the service tech that left a message, I agreed to have the inspection handled. Needless to say, I was surprised by the additional charge and when I questioned the young lady at the cashiers desk, she suddenly got very quiet and extremely busy. She didn’t offer any type of resolution, to speak to a manger or anything else. This is my second Prius, but I will not be buying from Auto Nation again.

I bought a 2013 Rav4 XLE from Nate on a snowy day two weeks ago. I have zero complaints and found working with Nate the sales guy to be a personable and easy experience - no pressure and pretty relaxed. I came in with a substantial down payment that needed a little creative thinking - I had just done a refi on my home and had a cash out amount coming that wasn't yet posted to my checking account, so they worked with me to get past that delay and get me the car I had come to check out....in fact, I was able to use a credit card to put down my down payment - which most other dealers don't like to do because of the considerable amount charged, but they accepted this - and I got the points on my card which really come in handy at the end of the year holidays. My car was priced very competitively and they had a pretty decent supply of other used cars to consider as well....I test drove a different car than I originally came to check out, but in the end, couldn't pass up the deal they had on that Rav4.... I was planning on visiting another dealer that day to consider another vehicle, but after checking out the Rav4 I ended up buying, I was sold - good price, great car, and good people to work with I know people have different experiences at different dealers and that happens, but I have nothing bad to say about my experience here and would come back to them for future needs

First and Foremost: My sales associate Nate or Nathan gets 5 Stars for his amazing customer service, really made the atmosphere in the dealership a lot better and made my experience buying my car easy and relaxing. NOW - I bought a used car and walked out with a 20,000 balance on my loan. Not a big deal but I did notice that there was a chip on the windshield directly in front of the drivers seat. I bought the car at night so didnt notice it at that time but when I called to ask if there is anything they could do they said no. Now call me crazy but if you want to keep my business and to come back there again I would think changing a windshield for a minor defect that probably costs the dealer less than 300 to do, that would be a no brainer! It wasnt enough for me to return the car but i see it every day and and every day I look at it. Fixing something so minor like this can go a long way in where I go in about 6 months to buy a second car (truck for work). But Nate was great and minus the windshield he alone would have gotten this dealer 5 stars. Thanks

I had a wonderful experience when I visited Leesburg Toyota when I visited on August 14th 2017. I was checked in very promptly and made to feel comfortable while I waited for my car to be serviced. I had everything explained to me of what was done and what I could expect in the future before I paid my nominal bill for my excellent service. I had a 165,00 mile service and the price I paid seemed very reasonable - it was around $120.00. They explained that I might want to consider replacing the tires at my next check up and gave me an estimate of the cost. Overall I continue to be very satisfied with their work and care to details. Thank you for the service on my car. It is a 2005 Toyota Camry with only 168,00 miles on it and it keeps running smoothly with the help of Leesburg Toyota.

I’ve been a Mercedes car owner since I can remember but as I wanted to go hybrid and loved the outdoors; I decided to give Toyota a try. I tried to go to my local Toyota dealership in Annapolis but I was greatly disappointed, so I decided to look for others in the area. When I first read the google reviews of AutoNation Leesburg I was very hesitant, but quickly learned that my service manager at Euromotors Germantown had been hired to run the Service Department at this location. I'd been very happy working with him for the past 10 years and knew that if he accepted a job at Autonation Toyota Leesburg, then things will definitely run smoothly. And so they did. I was first greeted by the new General Manager, Michael (Mike) McNicholas, who personally handled my car buying process. I was very clear in what I wanted; a hybrid RAV4, with all the bells and whistles and wanted it to be as close to a Mercedes ML350 as possible. To cut a long story short- I got exactly what I wanted. I got great service from Mike, I got a fantastic car and got it financed for 72 months at 0% APR with 2 years free service. And yes, I will be doing the drive to Leesburg for my service. From my experience all I can say is that I do believe that Autonation Toyota Leesburg in UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT, and that under Mike’s leadership and his wonderful new team, this dealership is a great place to buy and service, your new Toyota.

I own two Toyotas and have been pretty happy with them overall. I bought one at AutoNation Toyota Leesburg several years back. Almost all, if not all, of the service I have ever had on this car was at this service shop. I have taken my other Toyota to this shop as well as my Honda. For years they were great (and a couple of the great service folks are still there) but recently there seems to be an obvious trend to increase service costs a lot. I had an issue with one of my cars recently and I was treated like any person off the street instead of someone who bought the car there and has taken it there for years. Pretty disappointing. My recent experience seemed it was about getting my money instead of helping me. I may still buy another Toyota but I will probably avoid this dealership.

I stopped by to make an appointment and they had a cancellation, so they were able to do my 50k service right then. The service was very quick. I didn't have to wait long at all.

My experiences in the 5 years we have had our Prius serviced at Autonation Leesburg have always been positive. Our last checkup was for 165,000 miles prior to a trip to Florida. Car is still running great!

This is the second Toyota we have leased from AutoNation Toyota Leesburg. We have been extremely satisfied with the dealership from the sales department to the service department. The staff seems very professional. Richard Schulze, our salesman, was excellent and we have utilized him both times. He is honest and willing to work with his customers.

Our buying experience was excellent! We purchased a 2017 Highlander in April. Our saleman was Nazir and he was a pleasure to deal with and was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and Toyota products. We negotiated the price through the internet and it was super easy. Autonation beat everyone's price with their first offer!! We highly recommend Autonation Toyota Leesburg for the buying experience and price.
